Hotel Description

You know what surprised me most about nQn Aparts & Suites? It’s tucked away on this quiet little street in the heart of Sevilla’s old town, but somehow it feels like your own private discovery rather than just another tourist spot. I mean, Calle Santa María de Gracia isn’t one of those main drags where you’re dodging tour groups every five minutes – it’s actually got this lovely residential feel, with neighbors hanging laundry from wrought-iron balconies and the occasional abuela shuffling to the corner market. The building itself has that perfect Sevillian thing going on where centuries-old architecture gets a sleek, modern makeover without losing its soul.

Honestly, the apartment-style setup here is brilliant if you’re planning to stay more than a couple nights. I loved having actual kitchen space (not just a sad mini-fridge situation), and the living areas feel genuinely livable rather than hotel-sterile. The staff – well, they actually seem to care about helping you figure out the neighborhood instead of just checking you in and disappearing. They’ll tell you things like which tapas bar around the corner doesn’t get overrun with tourists, or that the cathedral bells ring every quarter hour so maybe don’t book a super early morning tour if you’re a light sleeper. Speaking of location, you’re basically a five-minute walk from the cathedral and Alcázar, but far enough from the main square that you won’t hear drunk British tourists singing football chants at 2 AM (trust me on this one – I’ve stayed closer to the action and immediately regretted it).

The whole place has this calm, almost residential vibe that makes you feel less like a tourist and more like you’re borrowing a friend’s really nice apartment for a week. Sure, parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this part of town – the streets weren’t exactly designed with rental cars in mind – but there’s a public garage about a three-minute walk away, and honestly, once you’re settled in, you won’t want to drive anywhere anyway. Everything worth seeing is either walkable or a quick metro ride away. I kept thinking this is exactly the kind of place I’d want to come back to, you know? Not because it’s flashy or over-the-top, but because it just works. It’s comfortable without being boring, local without being inconvenient, and somehow manages to make you feel like you’ve got your own little corner of Sevilla figured out.

  The room had amazing furniture, a ton of kitchen stuff, and was super clean and convenient for a long stay. The shower was also spotless and easy to use.

  Much bigger space than I was expecting. Very comfortable room. Had all the things we needed for our week in Seville. Everything was close by, shopping, food, attractions. Very easy to find. Staff helpful.

  Everything was super clean and the apartment had provided us with everything we needed from towels to kitchen appliances and supply’s. Feu the receptionist (if I’m spelling this correct) was outstanding! We spoke to him everyday for recommendations around Seville and everything he recommended was 10/10. His super smiley and friendly personality made him really approachable and we will miss him!

  The young man on reception- Juan- was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, welcoming and kind. The place is spotlessly clean, in a safe, central location, easy to walk to attractions and restaurants, shops etc.

  Fantastic location close to everything. Staff very helpful and easy to deal with. Had everything we needed.
