You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to this place on Avenida de las Ciencias – honestly, the street name sounds a bit clinical, right? But this apartment completely surprised me in the best way possible. The building itself has this sleek, contemporary vibe that actually fits perfectly in this part of Seville, which is sort of the newer, more residential side that most tourists never see.

The location is honestly brilliant once you figure it out. You’re right in the Este district, which means you’re living like a local rather than being stuck in the touristy center (though don’t worry, you can still walk to the cathedral in about 20 minutes if you’re feeling ambitious). What I loved is that you’ve got this huge park, Parque de los Príncipes, literally around the corner – perfect for morning runs or just escaping the Andalusian heat under some shade. The nearby streets have these fantastic little bars where you’ll actually hear Spanish being spoken instead of English, and there’s a Mercadona just down the road for when you inevitably need to stock up on jamón and decent wine.

Inside, the apartment lives up to its “luxury” promise without being pretentious about it. The kitchen is properly equipped – I mean, you can actually cook here, not just heat up leftovers. The air conditioning works like a dream (crucial in Seville summers, trust me), and the WiFi is solid enough for video calls if you’re mixing business with pleasure. The bed is comfortable, though the pillows are a bit firm if you’re picky about that sort of thing. What really impressed me was how quiet it stays at night – you’d think being on a main avenue would mean traffic noise, but the windows do their job well. The bathroom has one of those rainfall showers that actually has decent pressure, which… well, anyone who’s stayed in Spanish apartments knows that’s not always a given.

Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this area, but there’s usually street parking if you don’t mind walking a block or two. The check-in process was smooth – they use one of those keypad systems, so no awkward waiting around for someone to show up. And here’s something I appreciated: they left a bottle of local wine and some basic essentials (coffee, olive oil, salt) which sounds small but makes a real difference when you arrive tired and just want to settle in.

The 9.3 rating makes total sense to me. This isn’t one of those places that looks amazing in photos but disappoints in person – it’s actually the opposite. It’s comfortable, well-thought-out, and gives you a genuine taste of living in Seville rather than just visiting it. If you’re the type who likes having your own space, cooking some meals at home, and experiencing a city from a more local perspective, this place delivers. Just don’t expect to stumble out your door into the Barrio Santa Cruz – but honestly, that’s exactly why it works so well.

  Nice decoration, great beds, all very new and everything functioning. Very calm, great heating. Nice and easy arrival and welcome by Irina.
  
  What could be improved: It could benefit from sone additionsl details to increase the comfort such as small bins in the bathrooms or a kitchen towel and a a pair of scissors.

  Great Apartment with All Amenities & Convenient Location
  
  We had a wonderful stay in this excellent two-bedroom apartment in a new building. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, with a grocery store, bakeries, cafes, and a pizzeria just a few steps away. Getting to Seville city center is very convenient, as there is a direct bus from a nearby stop.
  
  We rented a car, and while the parking space is available, it is quite tight for a larger vehicle. It requires careful maneuvering, especially if other cars are parked nearby.
  
  Our host, Irina, was very communicative and helpful. She stayed in touch before our arrival, provided all necessary details, and even met us around 9 PM to show us the parking and apartment.
  
  Overall, we are very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this place to others!

  L'emplacement de l'appartement ,la ligne 22 vous emmènera directement au cœur de Séville.
  Donc la voiture est restée dans le garage de l'appartement.
  De plus en 10mn vous êtes sortie de la ville direction Malaga aéroport A 404 .
  Vraiment parfait je le recommande à 200%.

  Gute Ausstattung, freundliche Vermieterin, sehr ansprechend Ausgestattet, Parkplatz inklusive. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sehr zu empfehlen.
  
  What could be improved: Einziger Nachteil, wenn man das so benennen möchte ist die sehr kleine Parkbucht. Mit einem Kleinwagen ok, mit einem größeren Fahrzeug – aus meiner Sicht – nicht machbar.

  Totul a fost execelent.Cazarea a fost intr-un complex nou,cu parcare pentru masina la subsol. Apartamentul este frumos si confortabil,curat cu tot ce ai nevoie in el.Irina a fost foarte draguta, ne-a asteptat sa ne dea cheile de la apartament inainte de ora de check in.Am fost foarte mulțumiți de experiența noastră și cu siguranță recomandam aceasta cazare.
