Look, I’ve stayed at my fair share of places in Seville, and OMM Suites Sevilla genuinely surprised me in the best way possible. It’s tucked right on Calle Feria in the old town – and I mean properly in the thick of things, not some tourist trap version of “historic.” You know that stretch where locals actually shop at the Thursday morning market? Yeah, that’s your neighborhood now.

The building itself has this quietly elegant thing going on – it’s not screaming “look at me” like some of the flashier hotels near the cathedral, but when you walk into the lobby, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually thought about design here. The suites (and they really are suites, not just rooms with a sitting area shoved in) feel spacious in a way that’s rare for the old quarter, where most places are working with centuries-old floor plans that weren’t exactly designed for modern comfort. I mean, you can actually unpack your suitcase without doing yoga moves around the furniture. The bathrooms are surprisingly generous too – honestly, after staying in places where you practically have to step into the hallway to close the door, it’s refreshing.

What I really appreciate is how they’ve managed to give you that authentic Seville experience without the usual headaches. You’re a two-minute walk from Plaza de la Encarnación (where the Metropol Parasol is – locals call it “las setas,” the mushrooms), but the street itself is just residential enough that you’re not dealing with tour groups marching past your window at 7 AM. The area comes alive in the evenings when neighbors head out for their paseo, and there’s this great little tapas place literally around the corner that doesn’t even have a sign – just follow the smell of jamón and the sound of conversation spilling onto the sidewalk. During the day, it’s pretty quiet actually, which is gold if you’re trying to recover from those late Seville nights (and let’s be honest, you will be).

The staff seems to get that balance between being helpful and not hovering – they’ll point you toward the good stuff locals know about, but they’re not pushing overpriced tours or restaurant recommendations that scream “tourist menu.” Check-in was smooth, none of that “your room isn’t ready but you can wait in our lobby for three hours” nonsense. And parking – well, this is the old town, so you’re not getting a driveway, but they’ll sort you out with directions to the closest garage that won’t bankrupt you.

What really sold me on this place is that it feels like someone’s actually staying there, not just passing through. You’ll see the same faces at breakfast, people who’ve clearly settled in for a proper visit rather than just checking boxes on a two-day itinerary. The 8.7 rating makes sense – it’s the kind of place that delivers on what it promises without any unpleasant surprises, and in a city where you can easily get caught up in places that look great online but feel soulless in person, that’s worth something.

  Amazing location in a super nice neighbourhood:) walking distance to the main tourist attractions and a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. Nicely designed, well equipped and with a good air conditioning system which is very important in this summer period. Would definitely recommend!

  A spacious and beautifully decorated apartment — spotlessly clean and exceptionally comfortable. The beds were very cozy, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including coffee and tea. The location is fantastic — close to everything, with a bus stop and a city bike station just nearby. A perfect base for exploring Seville. Highly recommended!
