Hotel Description
Look, I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Seville, and Panther Home Adriano hits that sweet spot between boutique charm and actually knowing what travelers need. It’s tucked right on Calle Adriano in the heart of the old town – and I mean the real old town, not some tourist bubble version. You’re literally a two-minute walk from the Cathedral, but here’s the thing most people don’t realize: this particular street stays surprisingly quiet at night because it’s just off the main drag where all the tapas crowds congregate.
The building itself has that classic Sevillian thing going on – you know, those gorgeous tiled courtyards that make you want to sit with a book and pretend you live there permanently. What I actually loved though was how they’ve modernized everything without making it feel like a corporate hotel dropped into a historic shell. The rooms have this understated elegance (honestly, thank god they didn’t go overboard with the “authentic Andalusian” décor like some places do), and the air conditioning actually works – which, trust me, matters a lot when you’re dealing with those brutal July afternoons. The beds are seriously comfortable too, something I always worry about with smaller properties.
Here’s what you really need to know: the location is kind of magical for exploring, but practical too. You can walk to basically everything – the Alcázar, the Jewish Quarter, those amazing little bars on Calle Mateos Gago – but when you need a break from the intensity of Seville’s streets, you’re not fighting through crowds to get back to your room. The staff genuinely knows the neighborhood and will point you toward places locals actually go, not just the obvious tourist spots. I mean, they sent me to this tiny tapas place around the corner that I never would have found otherwise, and it ended up being one of those perfect Seville moments. The only minor thing I’d mention is that if you’re arriving by car, parking can be a bit of a puzzle – the old town streets weren’t exactly designed for modern traffic, so plan ahead or ask them about options when you book. But honestly, once you’re settled in, you won’t want to drive anywhere anyway. This is one of those places where you get the full Seville experience without feeling like you’re staying in a museum or paying premium prices for a fancy address. The 8.5 rating makes sense – it’s not trying to be the flashiest place in town, but it gets the important stuff right.

Excellent location, in close proximity to the cathedral. Very spacious room with everything you need. Roof terrace is an added bonus.
What could be improved: The lift is quite slow and has low weight capacity which you should keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage or have mobility issues.Barbara from United States – 10 April 2025 (9/10)
Nice, cozy apartment (#5) with a huge outdoor patio hovers above the joyous festivities of Sevillian café society. Easy access and responsive, professional staff.
Sergejs from Latvia – 24 March 2025 (9/10)
Location is great. Everything one have to see can be reached on foot. Management of home quickly answered our questions. Our room was much better than we expected if take into account money we paid. Beds were wonderful, the kitchen had everything we need. The room itself looks stylish. In general, this is the best type of living in the city one came, live like at home. In addition our room has balcony and on the roof is terasse.
Vikki from United Kingdom – 23 March 2025 (9/10)
Great location, very convenient, comfortable for 2 guests. Enjoyed the terrace. Main living area spacious. There are great bars and cafes on the doorstep.
What could be improved: Bathroom a little cramped and the sink is leaky.Tommy from United Kingdom – 12 March 2025 (9/10)
This property is in a great location, very central. Plenty of great restaurants around too. The property has everything we needed. Powerful and hot shower. Everything required for a small kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the shutters was great for blocking out the light. We enjoyed having the windows/ doors open and watching the world go by.
What could be improved: I wouldn’t say I could complain about anything. There were no wine glasses on our arrival but were brought to us within the hour. The street is a bustling street so can be a little noisy but when staying in the centre of a city i think you have to expect that. Couldn’t connect to the Netflix which we wanted to do one night and it didn’t work the whole time we were there so feel that should be looked into. After a busy day of walking it would have been nice to be able to use.Prit from United Kingdom – 4 March 2025 (8/10)
The location was great, the room very clean and had everything we wanted including a communal washing machine and dryer
What could be improved: The television had a fault with the sound which kept cutting out. The hosts said would replace but were not able to do so in our 3 night stayNotebookgrrl from United States – 26 February 2025 (9/10)
We enjoyed our stay in this room. The bed was comfortable and we were glad for the fridge. There are 2 fold out chairs for seating, but we spent all of our waking hours out of the room. We enjoyed the location right next to a pastry shop and restaurants all around. This room had everything we needed for our 3 days in Seville.
Natalia from Poland – 26 February 2025 (9/10)

Erigers from Italy – 29 December 2024 (9/10)
Very good position, close to bars and the cathedral
What could be improved: Bit of musty smellLyn from United Kingdom – 17 December 2024 (8/10)
Great location- walking distance to all the sights, great local restaurants
What could be improved: Quite lively in the street below at night – all good natured but hard to sleep through. There’s an oven and microwave but no dishes you could safely use in either.
