Look, I’ve stayed in plenty of places in Seville, but Panther Home Sierpes actually surprised me – and honestly, that doesn’t happen often anymore. You walk up to the second floor of this building on Calle Sierpes (yeah, the famous shopping street), and suddenly you’re in this sleek space that feels way more sophisticated than most four-star places I’ve crashed at.

The location is what really gets me though. I mean, you’re literally on Sierpes – you can’t get more central in the old town without sleeping in the cathedral itself. But here’s the thing nobody tells you: being right on the main pedestrian drag means you get all the energy during the day, but it actually quiets down nicely at night since there’s no car traffic. Perfect for people-watching from your window during siesta hours when everyone’s out strolling. You’re maybe a three-minute walk from Plaza Nueva, and the Giralda tower is so close you’ll get tired of photographing it (kidding, you won’t). What I really appreciated was how easy it made those late tapas runs – stumble out at 11 PM, hit up El Rinconcillo or any of the bars tucked into the side streets, then find your way back without needing GPS.

The rooms themselves feel modern but not sterile, if that makes sense. Clean lines, good lighting, and – thank god – actually functional air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a freight train. The staff knows their stuff too; they gave me restaurant recommendations that weren’t just the obvious tourist traps. One guy at the front desk told me about this tiny bar behind the Ayuntamiento that I never would’ve found otherwise. Check-in was smooth, none of that awkward standing around while they hunt for your reservation. The whole vibe is sort of boutique-hotel-meets-apartment-rental, which works because you get hotel services but it doesn’t feel overly formal. I stayed during Feria season (yeah, I know, rookie mistake with the crowds), and even then the place felt like a calm retreat from all the madness outside. The 9.1 rating makes sense – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Seville, but it nails the things that actually matter when you’re exploring the city. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the second-floor location means you avoid that ground-level noise and get better light in the rooms. If you’re the type who likes being in the thick of things but wants a proper place to recharge, this hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  Our apartment was very bright and roomy with a well equipped kitchen and large open concept living/dining area. Centrally located close to shopping and restaurants in the heart of downtown.

  Great location, easy access and clear directions from host from the beginning. I always appreciate the excellent communication !
  Only cons: Beds could be better. The sheets fall off the bed after it’s made when you roll over. It’s pretty annoying.
  Also- as discussed, the AC in one room leaked one night and need to be serviced .

  Very clean apartment with good layout. Elevator. Smart TV. 2 bed, 2 bath. Soft towels. Umbrellas were provided and used – thanks! Easy and convenient access.

  The apartment was very clean and conveniently located. All the facilities were top notch. Had the best time in Seville, it is located in a beautiful street with a great balcony view and even though the street can get busy during the day, it gets very quiet at night and the windows are well insulated so we don’t hear anything if all the doors and windows are closed. Highly highly recommend. Would totally come back again. There are two bathrooms which are very spacious, and everything is fully renovated. Staff was very responsive and checkin and check out was super easy. It is absolutely worth for the amount we paid.

  Wonderful location, so close to everything. Busy area with lots of shops and cafes, felt very safe at all hours. Very comfortable apartment, extremely clean. Our host Maria Luisa was very kind. Would definitely stay there again.
