Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first spotted Panther Home Tomás de Ibarra tucked into this narrow street in Seville’s old quarter – the entrance is pretty understated, you know? But step inside and wow, they’ve done something really special here. The whole place feels like someone took a traditional Andalusian house and gave it this sleek, modern makeover without losing any of the character. You’ve got these gorgeous original tiles mixed with contemporary furniture that actually works together (which is harder to pull off than it sounds).

The location is honestly perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in Seville rather than just visiting it. Calle Tomás de Ibarra is one of those streets where actual locals walk their dogs and grab coffee, not a tourist parade route – but you’re still just a five-minute stroll from the Cathedral and maybe seven minutes to the Real Alcázar. I mean, you can literally hear the cathedral bells from some of the rooms, which sounds romantic until you realize they chime every quarter hour (light sleepers, pack earplugs). The neighborhood has this amazing mix of tiny tapas bars where the bartender remembers your order and family-run shops that have been there forever. There’s this little bakery around the corner on Calle Zaragoza that does these incredible pastries – I probably gained five pounds that week.

What really sets this place apart though is the attention to detail. The staff actually knows the city inside and out, not just the obvious tourist spots. They pointed me toward this incredible flamenco show in Triana that I never would have found otherwise, and when I mentioned wanting good jamón, they didn’t just say “go to the market” – they told me exactly which stall and what to order. The rooms themselves are spacious by European standards (you can actually open your suitcase without rearranging the furniture), and the bathrooms have these rainfall showers that I’m still thinking about months later. Fair warning though – the street can get lively on weekend evenings since there are a few bars nearby, but honestly, that’s part of the charm of staying in the real Seville rather than some sterile hotel district. Plus, the building’s thick walls keep most of the noise out anyway. The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s that rare place that manages to feel both luxurious and authentic, which is exactly what you want when you’re exploring a city like Seville.

  Perfect location in the heart of Seville, the apartment has everything you need for a few days stay. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable.

  Very easy finding and accessing apartment. Host Very kindly let me check in 3 hours early. Very responsive host.
  The apartment is in perfect location right next to cathedral but on quiet road with double glazed windows so no noise.
  A local friend couldn't believe how nice the apartment was for the cost – it was really so nice and lovely high ceilings.
  Complimentary water was gratefully recieved. Access to washing machine, tv, kitchen etc added to comfort. Could not recommend higher and would stay again if returning to Seville.

  Buenísima ubicación en pleno centro. La persona que nos atendió super amable, nos dió indicaciones de qué visitar y nos facilitó el check-in. Alojamiento con una terraza bonita y el piso es muy grande y cómodo, soleado y no había ruidos.

  Ev tertemizdi. Yataklar çok rahattı. Merkeze çok yakındı. İçeride çamaşır makinesinden kahve makinesine her şey bulunuyor. Terasta oturup zaman geçirebilirsiniz. İki büyük yatak odası ve iki banyosu var. Çok kullanışlıydı. Eve çok rahat girdik ve çıktık.
  
  What could be improved: Merdiven çıkamayanlar için girişi biraz sıkıntı olabilir fakat biz bebekle olmamıza rağmen bir sorun yaşamadık.

  Les gros atouts de cet appartement est l'emplacement et la terrasse a été très agréable pour nous reposer après de longues heures de déambulation dans les rues de Séville, et même y diner le soir.
