The location on Calle Mariano Benlliure is pretty brilliant, actually. You’re in Nervión, which honestly feels more like where actual Sevillanos live rather than the tourist bubble of Santa Cruz. Don’t get me wrong, you’ll want to visit the cathedral and all that, but there’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that has a real neighborhood vibe. The streets around here come alive in the evenings – you’ll hear families chatting from their balconies, smell someone’s grandmother’s cooking drifting down from upstairs apartments. It’s that authentic Spanish residential feeling that’s hard to find when you’re staying in the historic center.

What really sold me on this place was stepping out onto that private patio for the first time. You know how most Airbnbs promise outdoor space and then show you a tiny balcony barely big enough for a chair? This isn’t that. The patio actually feels like your own little oasis – perfect for morning coffee before the day heats up, or evening drinks when the temperature finally drops. And speaking of heat, the apartment stays surprisingly cool even in Seville’s brutal summer months.   The number of rooms was good, the facilities were okay and close to the subway. The instructions were pretty straight forward

  Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet.
  Von Alufolie bis Kakao, alles da! Zudem befand sich im Kühlschrank Bier, Wasser und Cola.
  Eine sehr gute Waschmaschine und Trockner.
  Sehr komfortabel waren die 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer.
  Die Tiefgarage war direkt um. Die Ecke.
  Die Busanbindung ins Zentrum war nur 3 min von der Wohnung entfernt.
  Mehrere Supermärkte waren ebenfalls um die Ecke.

  El departamento es muy cómodo y muy bien equipado. Además, están pensados todos los detalles para pasar una excelente estadía en Sevilla (información de la ciudad libros, juegos, costurero, botiquín, etc). La ubicación también es genial porque está cerca del metro para ir al centro, y tiene garage para ir a los sitios más alejados en auto. La zona es tranquila para descansar pero también tenés a unas cuadras el centro comercial de Nervión y restaurantes y cafecitos por si querés querés quedarte por ahí. Super recomendable todo!
