The location is absolutely killer – I mean, you’re literally on Calle Madrid, which honestly feels like you’re living in the heart of old Seville rather than just visiting it. The building itself has that classic Andalusian charm (thick walls that actually keep the summer heat out, thank god), and when you step inside, there’s this immediate sense that someone really thought about the details here. The suite is genuinely spacious – not just “European spacious” where you can barely open your suitcase, but actually roomy enough to spread out and feel human. The decor walks this nice line between traditional Spanish elements and modern comfort without feeling like they’re trying too hard to be boutique-y.

What really gets me is how perfectly positioned you are for everything that matters in Seville. Plaza Nueva is literally a two-minute walk, and from there you can easily wander to the Cathedral, the Alcázar, or just get lost in the maze of streets around Barrio Santa Cruz – which, let’s be honest, is half the fun of being here. But here’s the thing locals know: Calle Madrid is just far enough from the main tourist drag that you’re not dealing with the constant noise and crowds, especially in the evenings when those streets can get pretty rowdy. I actually loved coming back after long days of sightseeing to this little pocket of relative quiet. The neighborhood has that perfect mix of authentic tapas bars where you’ll hear more Spanish than English, plus you’re close enough to the action that you never feel like you’re missing out. Parking is tricky in this area (honestly, just don’t rent a car in Seville), but the trade-off is worth it because you can walk everywhere that matters. The staff genuinely seems to know the area well – they pointed me toward this tiny ceramics shop on Calle Sierpes that I never would have found otherwise, and their restaurant recommendations were spot-on, not just the obvious tourist places.

I mean, look – at a 9 rating, you’re going into this with high expectations, and it delivers without feeling stuffy or pretentious about it. The value proposition makes sense when you consider you’re getting apartment-style space in what’s essentially the best possible location for exploring Seville’s old town. Sure, it’s not the cheapest option, but when you factor in how much you’ll save on taxis and how much more authentic your experience feels staying right in the thick of things, it’s actually pretty smart. If you’re the type who wants to feel like you’re living in Seville rather than just passing through, this place gets it right.

  There is a lot to like, location was exceptional, large size, all amenities included, parking. The only complaint is the WiFi is basically non-existent. If you had to have speed for work need to verify they have upgraded the WiFi. It was fine for us, we just used our cell.

  Very good location in the old part of Sevilla. Nice neighborhood with great take-away coffee down stairs. Good wifi and parking spot included in next door parkinghouse.

  Deffenetly recommend. We would book it again next time we visit Seville. Perfect location, in the city centre. Clean and cosy apartment. The staff was very helpful and friendly. And it was perfect that there is free parking spot close to the building.

  Perfect location in the heart of beautiful Seville. Newly renovated apartment, providing a comfortable two nights stay. Extremely helpful staff, especially Maria who personally guided us to the parking which was very close to the apartment. The garage was a bit difficult to find due to roadworks in Seville city centre which rendered the car's GPS instructions pretty useless, but this is obviously not Valcambre's fault.
  We arrived two hours before the "official" check-in time which the staff had no issues with, and when we left we were allowed to use the parking a few hours beyond the check-out time. This flexibility was highly appreciated.
