I mean, you’re right there on Calle Conde Negro, which is this narrow cobblestone street that most tourists walk past without noticing, but locals know it’s one of those hidden pockets where old Seville still feels authentic. The building itself has this fascinating story that the owner will gladly tell you about (whether you ask or not), something about the Count Negro and centuries of history, but what really grabbed me was how they’ve layered pop art throughout without making it feel like some Vegas knockoff.

The private patio is actually the star here – and I say this as someone who’s stayed in plenty of Sevillan hotels where “patio” means a glorified air shaft. This one’s got real character, with original tiles that have probably seen more history than most museums, plus enough space to actually spread out with your morning coffee. The rooms themselves are… well, they’re not huge, but this is the old town, so you’re trading space for location and atmosphere. What you get instead is genuine charm – thick walls that keep things surprisingly quiet (crucial when you’re this close to the action), and these little design touches that feel thoughtful rather than calculated. I noticed they’ve got proper blackout curtains too, which sounds trivial until you’re trying to sleep off jet lag and the Andalusian sun is blazing through your windows at 7 AM.

Here’s the thing about staying on Conde Negro – you’re literally a three-minute walk from the Cathedral, but you’re tucked away enough that you’re not dealing with tour groups marching past your door at dawn. The neighborhood has this perfect mix where you’ve got your tourist essentials nearby (decent restaurants, not just tourist traps, and shops that sell actual necessities), but you also get to see how people actually live here. Check-in was refreshingly human – no corporate efficiency, but the kind of personal attention where they remember your name and actually care if you find what you’re looking for in the city. The 8.7 rating makes sense to me; it’s not perfect luxury, but it nails what you’re really after when you choose to stay in Seville’s historic heart. Just know that parking is… well, it’s complicated, like everywhere in the old town, so factor that in if you’re driving.

  Very cozy apartment, extremely friendly and helpful host. Definitely recommend it! It had all the comforts needed for a pleasant and seamless stay! It was lovely to meet Bruno, the host!
  
  What could be improved: This is something that I didn't necessarily like but as a warning to those using a car, the underground parking is a bit tight and a large sedan or SUV will be hard to park. A smaller car will be much easier to park. Its worth paying parking here because others charge a lot more for overnight parking.

  Really spacious, well equipped with added bonus of fabulous terrace.
  
  What could be improved: Just one tiny thing, no option for luggage storage if you have a late flight (they offer but it involves taking a bus to reach it) We found a storage facility 2 streets away for 10 euros which is convenient, so maybe owners could let guests know about that maybe?

  The property is ideally situated in the city center, and the apartment is both beautiful and spotless. The staff provided excellent, friendly onboarding, making the entire experience seamless.

  The apartment was beautiful- just the way it's pictured. Bruno, out host, was outstanding. He was very prompt to answer questions and provided what we needed. The beds were comfy and we really liked have two separate bathrooms. Overall, we loved the place!
  
  What could be improved: We could have used a couple more coffee capsules, but that's a small issue.
