You know what caught me off guard about this place? Walking into what you think is just another apartment rental and finding yourself in something that actually feels thoughtfully put together. The Robles Suite sits right on Calle Fernán Martínez in Macarena – and before you start worrying about staying outside the touristy center, honestly, this worked out better than I expected. You’re about a 15-minute walk from the cathedral, but more importantly, you’re in a neighborhood where actual Sevillanos live and grab their morning coffee.

The jacuzzi thing isn’t just a gimmick thrown in there for the listing photos. It’s properly sized, the water pressure’s solid, and after spending hours wandering around those narrow streets in the old quarter, sinking into it felt like exactly what I didn’t know I needed. The apartment itself has this comfortable lived-in quality – not sterile like some of these short-term rentals can be, but clean and well-maintained. The kitchen’s actually functional if you want to pick up groceries from the Mercadona down the street (which, let’s be real, comes in handy when you want to save money for tapas later). I mean, the whole setup just makes sense for someone who wants a bit more space than a hotel room without sacrificing comfort.

Here’s the thing that really sold me on this place – the private parking. If you’ve ever tried to navigate Seville’s old town with a rental car, you’ll understand why this matters so much. Most hotels in the center either don’t have parking or charge you a fortune for it, and street parking… well, good luck with that. The Macarena neighborhood has this nice balance where you’re close enough to walk to the major sights (the Alameda de Hércules is practically around the corner, and that area comes alive in the evenings), but you’re not dealing with the constant buzz of tourist foot traffic outside your window. Actually, the nights here are pretty quiet – you might hear some conversation from people walking home from dinner, but nothing that kept me awake. The whole experience felt less like staying in a rental and more like borrowing a friend’s place while they’re out of town, if that makes sense. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want when you’re trying to get a real feel for a city instead of just checking monuments off a list.

  Modern apartment in decent area. Parking helpful and the actual decor is nice.
  
  What could be improved: Smelled like sewage, shower had damp and there was construction 24/7 right next door. We woke drilling from 8am that didn’t stop until after 4, we had no choice but to leave the apartment all day every day during our stay. It’s a shame because the place was decorated very nicely but the smell and the noise made staying here very bad.

  Apartamento muy bonito y muy bien decorado. Todo fue muy cómodo. Tiene un espacio de aparcamiento perfecto para un coche grande y además cuenta con un patio con jacuzi que está muy bien para salir a tomar el sol, desayunar por la mañana o incluso tomar una cena romántica al aire libre. La cama es super cómoda y muy grande. Fuimos además con un niño y usamos el sofá cama. Muy cómodo también porque además la cama estaba hecha dentro del sofá y no tuvimos que hacer nada. La cocina super amplia y tiene de todo, incluso horno. El baño supermoderno y muy bonito. Está a un paso de las principales zonas turísticas de la ciudad pero a la vez en un barrio super tranquilo para poder descansar. El personal que nos atendió muy amable y nos resolvieron todas las dudas que tuvimos, incluso sobre la información turística y nos recomendaron lugares a los que ir. En definitiva nos encantó el apartamento!! Muchas gracias por todo!!
