You know what caught me off guard about Rosario 10? I was expecting another cramped Old Town hotel where you can practically shake hands with your neighbor through the window, but this place actually feels spacious. It’s tucked right into the heart of Seville’s historic quarter – and I mean *right* in there, where the streets get so narrow you wonder how delivery trucks even make it through. But that’s exactly what makes it special.

The building itself has this understated elegance that honestly took me a minute to appreciate. Walking up to the entrance, you might almost miss it because it blends so seamlessly with the traditional Andalusian architecture around it. Inside though – well, they’ve done something clever with the space. The rooms are surprisingly quiet considering you’re literally surrounded by tapas bars and tourist foot traffic. I stayed there during Semana Santa (probably not my smartest timing choice), and while I could hear the distant sounds of processions and late-night revelry, it never felt overwhelming. The thick walls of these old buildings really do their job.

What I really appreciated was how the staff seemed to actually know the neighborhood. Not just the obvious stuff like “the Cathedral is that way,” but they pointed me toward this tiny ceramic shop on Calle Sierpes that I never would have found otherwise, and recommended a morning coffee spot that locals actually use – you know, where a cortado doesn’t cost four euros. The front desk guy mentioned the best times to visit the Alcázar (early morning or late afternoon, skip the midday chaos), and he was absolutely right. These are the kinds of details that make a difference when you’re trying to experience Seville beyond the standard tourist circuit.

The location means you’re walking distance from everything that matters – the Cathedral, Plaza de Armas, those winding streets around Barrio Santa Cruz where you can get happily lost for hours. But here’s the thing about staying in Old Town that nobody tells you: parking is basically a myth. If you’re driving, prepare for some creative solutions. The hotel can help arrange something, but just… mentally prepare yourself for that particular Seville adventure.

Honestly, with an 8.9 rating, I went in with pretty high expectations, and it delivered. The rooms feel fresh and well-maintained without being sterile, there’s reliable air conditioning (crucial during summer months – trust me on this), and the whole place has this relaxed professionalism that makes check-in and everything else just… easy. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want after a long travel day and when you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring the city anyway. It’s the kind of place where you sleep well, start your day with good coffee, and head out feeling like you’re staying somewhere that actually belongs in Seville rather than just dropped into it.

  The property was in a great location in Sevilla. We we able to get around by mostly walking to the Cathedral, Triana, and many other attractions and districts. There is a beds and pillows were comfortable. The entire place was comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The only issue we had was that part of the shower was broken. We were able to shower and the water pressure was nice. The handle to put the shower head on was broken so we always had to hand hold the shower head to shower. I notified the management a couple of times they said the maintenance man would check on it but the maintenance man never came by. This can be fixed and I hope the next occupants enjoy their stay and shower.

  A delightful little flat right in the middle of the old town. Great hosts with good communication all the way. Comfortable and very well presented.
  
  What could be improved: Ground floor next to front door…. so a little noisy at times. Bathroom needs more light….!

  Logement très éclairé avec une décoration de haut standing, trés bien placé (devant une petite place avec peu de bruit) , situé au coeur de la ville ( petites rues très sympas avec des resto, rue commercantes à 2 pas , monuments à 5 minutes..si besoin les bus sont à la plaza nueva ou à la plaza del duque…)

  L appartement est idéalement placé à 15 min de tous monuments : la cathedrale, l alcazar, las setas, place d Espagne, triana, théâtre flamenco…. hyper centre, magasins restaurants à la sortie de la rue Rosario. Qui elle est calme.
  L appartement est au rdc assez spacieux, belle salle de bain, lit confortable, et cuisine d appoint.et grand plus la climatisation, car 37° encore fin septembre.
  
  What could be improved: Le seul point négatif à été pour nous le bruit du voisinage du dessus, qui déplacé les meubles de jour comme de nuit. Et ça tous les jours.

  Konumu cok güzel bir yerde. Mutfağa dair tüm araç gereçler var. Yatağı rahat. Bizi karsılayan kişi cok yardımcı oldu.
  
  What could be improved: Tesis rutubet kokuyordu böyle eski binalarda normal karşıladığımı belirtmek isterim fakat benim tuhafıma giden idrar kokusunun olmasıydı. Şehirde cok fazla bu koku var ama dairenin icinde olmqsı beni rahatsız etti.
  4gün konakladığım bir yerde her zamqn birden fazla havlu beklerim. Tek havlular olması beni rahatsız etti. Dış kapının anahtarla açılması bulmaca çözmek gibi. İlk gün içeri girene kadar 15dk geçti sonunda bir komsu bize yardımcı oldu ve nasıl açmamız gwrektiğini anlattı

  De locatie is geweldig, en het appartement is erg verzorgd!
  
  What could be improved: Wij hadden een tijd afgesproken dat we aankwamen, toen we er waren was er niemand. Meerdere malen gebeld en ze zouden er over 10 minuten zijn.
  Uiteindelijk moesten wij 1,5 uur wachten met een baby en toen bleek dat ze vergeten waren dat we kwamen. En moest het hele appartement om 22:00 nog schoongemaakt worden.
  De host die ons ontving was niet vriendelijk, gelukkig was de eigenaresse erg aardig en heeft zij samen met wat vrienden ervoor gezorgd dat we wel die avond er konden slapen.
  Maar dit was alles behalve een prettige start.
