Hotel Description
You know what struck me first about Rosario Central Suite? Walking up to this place on Calle Rosario, you’re right in the thick of Seville’s old town – I mean, you can practically hear the horse-drawn carriages clattering over cobblestones from your window. The building itself has that weathered Andalusian charm that actually feels authentic, not like some tourist trap trying too hard.
The suites are honestly more spacious than I expected for a European city center spot. These aren’t your typical cramped hotel rooms – there’s actually room to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase the entire time. The decor walks this nice line between traditional Spanish touches and modern comfort, though I’ll admit the air conditioning was a godsend during my July visit (trust me, Seville in summer is no joke). What really got me was the attention to detail – proper blackout curtains that actually work, decent water pressure in the shower, and outlets where you need them. Small things, but they matter when you’re trying to recharge after wandering around the Alcázar all day.
Location-wise, you’re basically living like a local here. The Cathedral is maybe a five-minute walk, but more importantly, you’re surrounded by those narrow streets where the real Seville happens. There’s this little tapas place around the corner – I think it’s called Bar Eslava – that the hotel staff mentioned, and honestly, it became my regular spot by day three. The barrio is quiet enough at night that you can actually sleep (well, except during Semana Santa or Feria, but good luck finding anywhere quiet then). Parking is… well, it’s what you’d expect in old town Seville. Forget about it. But the tram stop at Plaza Nueva is right there, and everything you want to see is walkable anyway. The 9.1 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s one of those places that just works without any fuss, which is exactly what you want when you’re trying to soak up a city like Seville.

Perfect central location so everything is within walking distance. Well equipped and very clean. Also felt very safe.
Slight noise from road from noisy people and vehicles but that can’t be helped.Ger from Ireland – 21 January 2025 (9/10)
The property was ideally located right in the centre of a fabulous city. Access to both the historic and commercial areas of the city right on our doorstep.
We received a warm welcome from a member of the management team
Who was very helpful.
What could be improved: As I like to cook the kitchen ware could be supplemented. Direction on how to dispose of rubbish would have been welcome.Rose from United States – 26 October 2024 (8/10)
The property was really nice although the elevator was not working, which made it difficult to get luggage up and down. Also there was no coffee.

The apartment was excellent, it looked as if it had just been refurbished to an excellent standard and its location was very central. Noria who met us with the keys took her time to show us around the apartment, gave us a map of city and showed us the location of the various attractions, she also gave us recommendations of the best places to eat and drink. All in all a great a great apartment and experience.
What could be improved: There was nothing to dislike.Neha from Singapore – 15 September 2024 (10/10)

Hosts offered an early check in which we took up on. Apartment is fully refurbished, 2 bathrooms with showers in both, ideal for 3 people. Central air con which we had to use for a day to heat the place as it was an unusual day with 10C. Very close to the main tourist sights, 3 small supermarkets, opened till 10pm, within 5 minutes walk plus few bakeries. Apartment is fully tiled which is great when it's hot but if you are coming over the winter, remember to bring slippers :-). Hosts were very quick to respond to emails/whatsapp messages.
What could be improved: It would be nice to have a folder with some pointers like local shops, recommended nearby restaurants, pharmacies, where to throw rubbish away and so on. Google will help with most of the things but local knowledge is always preferable.Madalina from Romania – 18 February 2025 (10/10)
Very good quality amenities, perfect location, very clean, two small but good bathrooms. Excellent for a family with one or even two kids if you could sleep on on the sofa in the living room. Supermarket well stuffed in the El Corte Ingles a few steps away though. Good coffee to enjoy in the apartment brought in from small shops around the area
What could be improved: I wish the bed in the main bedroom was larger and some basic condiments like salt or sugar or a soap in the second bathroom. Some may complain about the street noise but we were fine with it. It comes with being in the heart of things in a beloved tourist city. Either than this, excellent choice for accommodation, even long term.Simon from United Kingdom – 23 April 2024 (8/10)
We really enjoyed our 7-day stay in Seville. It is a lovely place, the sun shone, the tapas were good, and the Easter parades were truly spectacular. The apartment was comfortable and in a pretty central location. Having a department store/ supermarket on our doorstep was very convenient.
The kitchen was well equipped, with dishwasher & washing machine. Having a second shower room is good, too.
PS – Buga Ramen is worth trying, if you fancy a change from tapas.
PPS – Cathedral, Alcazar and Museum of Fine Arts all worth seeing.
What could be improved: The location is rather noisy, especially late at night.
The flat layout is maybe better suited to a permanent residence, rather than holiday accommodation – e.g. the main bedroom has too many cupboards and therefore not quite enough space to get around the bed.Andreea from Romania – 28 September 2024 (7/10)
It was close to all main attractions and the shopping area. We could walk everywhere. The lady who handed over the key, Nuria, was very nice.
What could be improved: The bed in the second dorm is very small, suitable for a kid, but not so comfortable for an adult. The bed in the main bedroom was not so comfortable either, we had back pain every morning. The windows are poorly isolated, so you can hear everything from outside. All these prevented a quality sleep.
No coffee machine. The kitchen lacked basic stuff like dishwasher or a sponge, so we had to buy those; also, it would have been nice to have at least some tea bags.
We found the shower in one of the bathrooms clogged.
We asked for the possibility of leaving our luggage in the facility for an extra time after check-out, the host declined that, which I get, it wasn’t an obligation, but a nice to have, but they could have at least suggested some other solutions, like advising luggage storing facilities nearby.
5 minutes before the check-out time the cleaning lady came and started to violently knock on the door. When we opened and asked her what was wrong, because we still had some minutes before check-out, she said she didn’t realize someone was still in the apartment, which was very weird to say the least.Domenico from Italy – 7 June 2025 (10/10)
