Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name “RY Aparcamiento Incluido Junto a Catedral Ideal parejas,” my Spanish isn’t perfect, but I knew two things immediately: parking included and close to the cathedral. And you know what? Sometimes the most straightforward names tell you exactly what you’re getting, and this place delivers on both counts.

The location on Corral del Rey is actually brilliant if you know Seville at all. You’re literally a two-minute walk from the cathedral – I mean, you can hear the bells from your room, which is either charming or annoying depending on how you feel about being woken up at 7 AM (honestly, I found it kind of magical after the first day). The thing is, this street feels properly local even though you’re in the thick of the tourist zone. There’s this little tapas bar called El Rinconcillo just around the corner that’s been there since the 1600s – no joke – and the locals still go there, which tells you something about the neighborhood. The narrow cobblestone streets mean you’ll hear footsteps echoing at night, but it quiets down surprisingly early for such a central spot.

What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to make a 4-star place feel intimate rather than corporate. The rooms aren’t huge – this is Old Town Seville, after all, where buildings are centuries old and walls are thick – but everything feels thoughtfully designed for couples. I appreciated little touches like actually good lighting for reading (rare in Spanish hotels, in my experience) and a bathroom that doesn’t require contortionist skills to use the shower. The parking situation is genuinely a game-changer here because driving in Seville’s old quarter is basically a nightmare, and finding a spot near the cathedral? Forget about it. Having that sorted means you can actually explore other parts of Andalusia without the stress of figuring out where to leave your car.

The staff seem to really know their stuff about the city – not just the obvious tourist spots but practical things like which flamenco shows are worth your time (apparently there’s one in Triana that’s way better than the touristy ones) and when to visit the Alcázar to avoid the worst crowds. The 8.5 rating makes sense to me because while it’s not luxury-resort perfect, it gets the important stuff right. The AC works properly (crucial in Seville summers), the beds are comfortable, and you’re not paying premium prices for a location that honestly can’t be beat. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning a romantic trip – there’s something about falling asleep to church bells and waking up to walk through orange-tree lined streets that just works.

  Great location near to the cathedral and city hall. Every thing is nearby. Big apartment, with everything you need.
  
  What could be improved: The couch bed was a bit uncomfortable – but that's expected 🙂
  The router for remote key turned off on the second day and we couldn't get in but the host was there in 10mins and fixed in 5 minds and it was all good! Happens 🙂

  The location was really great. The self check-in was easy without any problems.
  
  What could be improved: The cleanliness was questionable. The bathroom needed a refresh, and there was a clogged drain in the shower full of hair, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival—or even for a long time before that. Along the edges of the walls, there was also hair. The sheet provided for making the extra bed was visibly washed and ironed, but it was covered in yellow, greasy stains that obviously hadn’t come out in the wash. I believe such sheets should never be offered to guests. We also own apartments, and we would never give something like that to a guest.
  
  In the kitchen, I found a few plates, spoons, and forks with dried food residue on them, which suggests that no one checked them before our arrival. We only used the kitchen for breakfast, but there were no paper towels, not enough clean dishcloths, and no dishwasher or dish rack. After washing dishes, I had to place them on the single dishcloth provided to drain.
  
  Overall, more attention should be given to cleanliness.

  Posizione ottima per girare in centro, personale molto disponibile e subito pronto a rispondere a tutte le esigenze.
  Durante il primo giorno abbiamo sentito i lavori nell'appartamento di sopra e abbiamo contattato la struttura. Subito ci hanno risposto che avrebbero contattato i proprietari e dal giorno dopo non abbiamo più sentito nessun rumore. Fantastico!
  La struttura è molto pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario in cucina e nel bagno.
  Ultimo punto ma forse il più importante per chi come noi ha noleggiato una macchina. C'è un parcheggio a disposizione gratuitamente a meno di 10 minuti a piedi! Soluzione perfetta per evitare di usare la macchina nelle stradine strettissime del centro e soprattutto per non impazzire con il parcheggio in centro ( tutto a pagamento).

  Appartamento nuovo, in perfette condizioni di pulizia e completo di tutto, in posizione centralissima.
  Parcheggio privato gratuito in un parcheggio sotterraneo a 10 minuti a piedi, stema di apertura/chiusura smart, senza chiave e tramite app. Difficile chiedere di più!

  What could be improved: Cómo llegar al alojamiento. A tener en cuenta que si vas en coche, tendrás que bien, aparcar cerca del hotel (muy complicado), bajar las maletas, recoger llaves del parking, ir al parking (600 metros andando y aprox. 10 min en coche) y volver del nuevo al apartamento. El día de la marcha igual. Vas al parking (con o sin maletas) vuelves al apartamento y dejas las llaves del parking. Un punto, la verdad, que muy negativo.
