Hotel Description
You know what caught me off guard about this place? I actually walked past it twice before realizing I’d found my hotel. The San Jacinto Triana Deluxe sits so naturally on its corner that it feels like it’s been part of the neighborhood forever, which – honestly – is exactly what you want when you’re staying in Triana. This isn’t one of those hotels that screams “tourist trap” from a block away. Instead, it’s tucked right into the fabric of what’s arguably Seville’s most authentic barrio, where you’ll hear actual neighbors chatting from their balconies rather than just other travelers planning their cathedral visits.
The thing about staying here is that you’re living like a local without even trying. I mean, step outside and you’re literally surrounded by the kind of tapas bars where sevillanos actually eat – not the ones with English menus and inflated prices near the cathedral. The morning routine becomes this lovely ritual where you grab coffee at one of the corner bars (the one two doors down makes ridiculous tostadas, by the way), then wander over to the Mercado de Triana if you’re feeling ambitious. And crossing the Isabel II bridge into the city center? Takes maybe eight minutes on foot, but it feels like you’re commuting from your actual Spanish life into tourist mode rather than the other way around. The rooms themselves have this understated elegance that works – clean lines, decent space, and thank god, proper blackout curtains because those Triana church bells start early. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night despite being right in the middle of everything. Sure, you’ll hear some street life (it’s Spain, after all), but nothing that kept me awake.
Here’s what sold me completely though: the staff actually knows the neighborhood. Not in that rehearsed concierge way, but like they live here and eat here and have opinions about which flamenco shows are worth your time versus which ones are just tourist theater. They pointed me toward this tiny ceramics workshop three streets over that I never would have found otherwise, and steered me away from the overpriced restaurant I was eyeing in favor of a family place that’s been serving the same five dishes perfectly for thirty years. That kind of local knowledge – combined with genuinely comfortable rooms and that perfect Triana location – makes this feel less like a hotel stay and more like crashing at your well-connected friend’s place. It’s not trying to be the fanciest option in Seville, but honestly? After bouncing around southern Spain for two weeks, this was exactly the kind of place that made me want to extend my stay and pretend I lived here.

Well located apartment in Triana, an easy walk to all the main tourist sites in Seville. The member of staff who welcomed us was very helpful. Garage Parking was a definite bonus
What could be improved: The bed in the bedroom with the fan was very creaky, we had to swop to the other room in the middle of the night.Daniel from New Zealand – 2 June 2025 (9/10)
Location was great to visit tourist attractions, eat local cuisine from authentic restaurants, have enough space for 2 couples to do some light self catering and washing
What could be improved: We only had 1 set of keys which restricted movementDermot from Ireland – 15 April 2025 (9/10)
Nice apartment in a great location just a short walk to the main attractions. The mamagement team were very helpful when I lost the keys on our first night on the town. They arranged a colleague to meet me near the apartment and provided a new set of keys within 20 minutes. Great service

Location, cleanliness, space – comfortable beds, lovely bedding. Hot water went off and staff had it fixed quickly
What could be improved: Missing items – no coffee maker – missing mugs so we were just given staff mugs from the office below – scanty towels – lack of parking facilitiesMukul from Singapore – 19 December 2024 (8/10)

Everything was great with this accomodation. Very friendly hosts, they provided all the information that we needed. The apartment has 2 bathrooms which is a big plus. Also very clean, cozy, with everything that one would need. Walking distance from city centre, we were very happy with the choice.

Location was super, in walking distance to reach all famous places of Seville
What could be improved: Small remark: for dishwashing machine you need to have your own tablets if stay for few days and want to use machine several times.Maija from Estonia – 7 February 2024 (9/10)
Excellent, very comfortable apartment close to the center. Quiet, clean, comfortable beds, each bedroom has its own bathroom. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. There is underground parking.
What could be improved: Water is leaking from both shower stalls. The apartment is on the ground floor, quite dark.Dragana from Serbia – 17 October 2023 (9/10)
Big, clean apartment in an excellent location in Triana in Seville. Equipped with everything you need. One of the best apartments we have ever been to.
What could be improved: There were some flaws with both showers, but not nearly big enough to spoil our impression of this beautiful apartment.
