I mean, you’re literally in the heart of Sevilla’s old town on Calle San Vicente, which should be chaotic, but somehow this three-bedroom apartment manages to feel like a quiet retreat.

The location is pretty brilliant, actually. You’re about a five-minute walk from the Cathedral (I timed it because I’m weird like that), and you can easily hit Plaza de Armas or wander down toward the river without dealing with tourist bus routes. The street itself is narrow and cobblestoned – your wheeled luggage will hate you, but it’s worth it for that authentic Sevilla vibe. What I really appreciated was how the AC actually works properly, which isn’t always a given in these historic buildings. The WiFi was solid too, no annoying dropouts when you’re trying to upload photos or video call home. Both bathrooms are clean and functional – not Instagram-worthy or anything, but you won’t be complaining about water pressure or weird smells.

Here’s the thing about staying in Sevilla’s old town: you expect noise, right? Flamenco music drifting up from bars, people chatting on their way home from dinner at midnight. But this place sits on a quieter stretch of San Vicente, so you actually get decent sleep. I stayed there in late spring when the city was busy but not summer-insane, and evenings were pleasantly calm. The apartment itself feels more spacious than most places you’ll find in this area – those three bedrooms aren’t just clever marketing speak for “one room with creative dividers.” You’ve got real space to spread out, which matters if you’re traveling with family or planning to stay more than a couple nights. The whole setup works well for people who want to experience authentic Sevilla life rather than just tick off monuments. There’s a small supermercado around the corner where locals shop, and you’ll find yourself naturally falling into Spanish rhythms – late dinners, afternoon rest time when the heat gets intense. I’d definitely book this again, especially during festival season when hotel prices go crazy. Just remember to pack light if you can – those old town streets aren’t forgiving with heavy bags, but once you’re settled in, you’ll see why this place earns its stellar ratings.

  A lovely, modern,spacious and extremely well equipped apartment set in an ideal location for visiting Seville on foot through the narrow surrounding streets.
  
  What could be improved: Very little to dislike. Despite its location in the middle of the old town the apartment had lots of light and some charming views out from its upper floor location. Our party of three over 70s had little problems climbing the stairs.

  Location and Size of the apartment is fantastic for 2 couples. Facilities within the apartment are vast and comprehensive. Decor and layout are terrific and it’s comfortable , elegant and spacious. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants and sights.

  De grote en ligging van het appartement en , op kleine afstand van het centrum , voor 2 koppels ideaal met de 2 badkamers .
  
  What could be improved: Dat er maar een sleutel was , en dat je je bagage elders moest droppen indien je van of op het appartement moest voor inchecken of uitchecken, aparte afgesloten ruimte zou wel praktisch zijn voor de bagage.
