Hotel Description

You know what hit me first about Sevilla Home Center? It’s actually in a real neighborhood – like, you’ll see locals buying groceries at the corner shop and kids playing in the narrow streets. The building itself sits on Calle Quiros, which honestly sounds more impressive than it looks at first glance, but that’s kind of the charm of staying in Seville’s old town. You’re literally surrounded by centuries-old architecture, and this place manages to feel both historic and comfortable without trying too hard.

The rooms are what I’d call “thoughtfully modern” – they’ve clearly put money into good mattresses and decent air conditioning (trust me, you’ll appreciate this in summer), but they haven’t stripped away all the character. I mean, you’ve still got those thick walls that keep things surprisingly quiet, even though you’re right in the heart of everything. What really surprised me was how much natural light gets in, considering how tightly packed this part of the city is. The bathrooms are actually spacious too, which is pretty rare for old town hotels – I’ve stayed in places where you basically have to step into the hallway to dry off.

Location-wise, you’re about a seven-minute walk to the Cathedral, but more importantly, you’re close enough to Plaza de la Alfalfa that you can easily grab late-night tapas without feeling like a tourist trekking across the city. The staff genuinely knows the neighborhood – they pointed me toward this tiny bar called El Rinconcillo that I never would have found otherwise, and honestly, that recommendation alone made the stay worth it. Parking is tricky (it’s old town Seville, so no surprises there), but they’ll actually help you navigate the whole zone system if you’re driving. The 8.8 rating makes sense when you add up all these little details – it’s not flashy, but everything just works the way it should, and you get the feeling that someone who actually understands travel put thought into how this place operates.

  This was an excellent choice of property, very centrally located but much quieter than some of the other places we have stayed in Seville. It was well equipped and had everything needed for our stay. Our host was lovely and tried hard to accommodate our needs. The apartment was clean, light and comfortable (there were 2 of us). There was a carrefour supermarket a couple of minutes away for everything we needed. The private roof terrace was fabulous, and the reason we booked the property. It was spacious and comfortable, a real haven in the centre of Seville.
  
  What could be improved: There was a wooden spiral staircase to access the apartments. Ours was the top floor, so quite high and would be a bit of a worry for those with young children/those with walking difficulties or scared of heights. Having said this, we would still definitely book this apartment again.

  Excellent location, lovely rooftop terrace. Clean and comfortable. The flat is compact, but fits it all in. A nice touch was having oil, salt and some spices as a lack of these is a real bugbear in many holiday lets.
  
  What could be improved: There are cooking facilities, but quite limited utensils, such as sharp knives. The beds had blankets rather than quilts – I find this quite restrictive.

  The location is fantastic. The Host is very kind, and she gave us many informations about the monuments of the city, several type of programs, flamenco performances, restaurants…

  We had a great stay at Sevilla Home Center. Our tiny apartment was very comfortable and equipped with everything you might need for a stay in Sevilla. If you want a break from tapas (you might not), you can cook your own meal at home and you can pass by to rest a bit, as the apartment is in the heart of Casco Antiguo, so it's close to all main attractions. The location is indeed perfect.

  It was a stay above our expectations in every sense. The owner is an incredibly sweet person. At the first meeting she told us about Seville for almost an hour. She signed us up for a flamenco show. She’s very friendly. If we come again, we will stay again.
