Hotel Description

You know what caught me off guard about Sevilla Home Center Suites? The name sounds so corporate, but honestly, this place feels more like staying in a beautifully renovated Sevillian townhouse than some chain hotel. I mean, you’re literally on Calle Santas Patronas – and if you don’t know that street, it’s tucked right into the heart of the old town where the real Seville happens. Not the touristy plaza areas (though those are nice too), but where you’ll actually hear neighbors chatting from their balconies in the evening and smell someone’s grandmother cooking lentejas around dinnertime.

The suites themselves are what sold me. They’ve got this perfect balance of old Andalusian character – think exposed beams and traditional tile work – mixed with actually functional modern stuff. The kitchenettes aren’t just for show either; I actually used mine, which you can’t say about most hotel “kitchenettes.” The air conditioning works like a dream too, which, trust me, matters when you’re visiting Seville in summer and it’s pushing 40 degrees outside. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night despite being in the centro histórico. You’d think with all those narrow cobblestone streets and late-night tapas crowds it’d be noisy, but somehow the building blocks most of it out – probably those thick old walls doing their job.

Location-wise, you’re about a five-minute walk from the Cathedral (you’ll hear the bells, actually, which is kind of magical), and maybe eight minutes to get to the riverside where locals go for their evening walks. The Archivo de Indias is practically around the corner, and honestly, that whole area has some of the best small bars that tourists never find because they’re too busy looking for the “famous” spots. One thing to know – parking isn’t really a thing in this neighborhood, but there’s a decent public garage about ten minutes away on foot if you’re driving. Most people just take the train into Santa Justa station and then a taxi, which is probably smarter anyway. The staff actually knows the area well enough to give you real recommendations, not just the obvious stuff, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no endless upselling or complicated key card situations. With a 9.3 rating, you’d expect it to be good, but sometimes highly-rated places try too hard. This one just gets the basics right and lets the charm of the location and building do the rest of the work.

  We enjoyed the kitchenette and having a washing machine. The place was comfortable and the location was at a great location to explore the city.

  I would highly recommend a stay at Sevilla Home Centre Suites. My studio apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The host was very welcoming and gave me lots of recommendations for things to do in the area, as well as places to eat. The apartments are secure and well located for visiting Sevilla’s attractions

  Well appointed apartment and clean. Met by the owner who gave us some useful tips on where to go. All the main attractions are within walking distance.

  It was a great apartment – very comfortable place to stay for three nights in Sevilla. It was in a good location for seeing the sights of Sevilla. The host was very helpful too.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing we didn’t like was that it was very noisy until very late on Friday and Saturday night. Sunday night was much quieter. My husband is a light sleeper so this was an issue for him.

  Wonderful accommodation in a very good location in Sevilla. None of the major sights or nightlife was more than a 1.5 km walk. Stylish and spacious, we ate in a couple of times and there is a good kitchen area. Washing machine was welcome as was the drying rack supplied by our lovely host.
