Look, I’ve stayed in my fair share of Seville hotels, and honestly? The Seville Luxury Downtown Suite caught me off guard in the best way possible. You know that moment when you walk into a place and think “okay, this is actually going to work” – that’s exactly what happened here. The location on Calle Teodosio is absolutely perfect if you want to be in the thick of things without dealing with the tourist chaos that hits places like around the Cathedral. I mean, you’re still close enough to walk everywhere that matters, but you can actually get some sleep at night.

What really gets me about this place is how they’ve nailed the suite concept without making it feel like some sterile corporate setup. The spaces actually feel lived-in and comfortable – not like a showroom nobody’s allowed to touch. The kitchen setup is particularly smart because, let’s be honest, sometimes you just want to grab some jamón and cheese from the market and eat like a normal person instead of doing the restaurant thing every single meal. Plus, having real counter space and decent cookware makes a huge difference when you’re staying more than a couple nights. The bed situation is solid too – I’m pretty picky about mattresses and this one actually supports your back properly. Small thing, but the shower pressure is excellent, which… well, anyone who’s traveled enough knows that’s not something you can take for granted.

The neighborhood vibe is what really sells it for me though. You’re walking distance from the Mercado de Feria – which most tourists never even find – and there’s this little tapas place about two blocks down that locals actually go to. The area gets busy during the day but settles down nicely in the evenings, so you get that authentic Seville energy without feeling like you’re camping in the middle of a theme park. Parking can be a bit tricky (this is old town Seville, after all), but there’s a public garage about a five-minute walk that’s way cheaper than most hotel parking. The staff actually knows the neighborhood – they’ll point you toward the good stuff instead of just handing you a generic tourist map. That 9.4 rating makes sense when you add it all up. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in the city, but it delivers exactly what you want from a Seville stay: comfort, location, and that feeling like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it.

  Convenient first floor apartment. It had 2 outdoor patios that we did not use but other than that the apartment was a pretty sizeable 1 one bed studio apartment, with a huge living room area. Bare in mind that the washer and dryer is right outside the 1st floor apartment and it is shared with 2 other apartments.
  
  The location is safe and not touristy so it was really quiet. Bare in mind that it could be a 15 to 30 minutes walk to most places of interest.
  
  We did the convenient method of taking a taxi to and fro the Seville Santa Justa train station as it was a little far out by public transport.

  Everything about this apartment was great. Beautifully done and everything was new. It’s huge too so loads of space and quirky wee outside spaces. Does not get the sun for anyone wanting to sit in a sunny space.Spotlessly clean, host, Ms Carmen was lovely as met her a couple of times and gave recommendations on where to go. Location was great too. Would def stay here again.
