Hotel Description
You know those apartments that look amazing online but leave you wondering if the photos are too good to be true? Well, this place on Calle San Fernando actually delivers – I mean, those balcony views really do look straight out at the Hotel Alfonso XIII’s iconic towers and the University of Seville’s historic facade. The first time I stepped out onto that wrought-iron balcony with my morning coffee, I honestly just stood there for a good ten minutes watching students hurry to class while horse-drawn carriages clip-clopped past below. It’s one of those views that makes you feel like you’re living inside a postcard, but without the touristy chaos since most visitors stick to the main cathedral area.
The apartment itself feels genuinely luxurious – and I say that as someone who’s stayed in plenty of places that promise five-star comfort but deliver IKEA furniture and scratchy towels. Here, you’ll find proper linens, a kitchen that’s actually equipped for cooking (not just reheating), and air conditioning that works quietly – which matters more than you’d think when Seville hits those brutal summer temperatures. The location is sort of perfect if you want to be in the thick of things without dealing with the Barrio Santa Cruz crowds. You’re literally a five-minute walk from the cathedral and Alcázar, but the street itself stays relatively peaceful, especially in the evenings when the university crowd heads elsewhere. Parking can be tricky around here (honestly, it’s a nightmare during the day), but there’s a decent public garage about three blocks away on Avenida de la Constitución.
What really sets this place apart – beyond those killer balcony views – is how it captures that authentic Sevillian living experience. You’ll hear the university bells marking the hours, smell jasmine drifting up from hidden courtyards, and catch snippets of animated conversations from locals heading to the tapas bars on nearby Calle Betis. The building itself has that weathered elegance that old Seville does so well, with thick walls that keep things cool and surprisingly good soundproofing. I was worried about noise since it’s right in the university district, but even during exam season it stayed pretty quiet at night. The only real downside? Well, it’s so comfortable and the views are so mesmerizing that you might find yourself spending way too much time on that balcony instead of exploring the city. But honestly, after a day of wandering Seville’s sun-baked streets, sipping wine while watching the Alfonso XIII light up at sunset isn’t the worst problem to have.

A lovely apartment with comfortable bed, lounge and a small but useful kitchen.
Good location to access Saville’s historic sites
What could be improved: There was a smell of drains in the lounge.
The virtual door key was awkward to useYvonne from Netherlands – 26 March 2025 (9/10)
It' s a really cosy and comfortabel appartement with all the utilities you need at a perfect location. A nice living room to relax when you come home with all the impressions of your day out.
If you like walking, you can get to all the main spots in Sevilla by foot. But if you don't like walking, taxis and bikes for rent are just 200 meters from the appartement.
Seville is a city to fall in love with. We defenitely will return and like to come back to the same appartement as well!Katherine from United Kingdom – 13 March 2025 (9/10)

What could be improved: Nada. 😀Birgit from Germany – 28 January 2025 (9/10)

What could be improved: La llave de abajo no la pudimos coger porque la puerta de abajo estaba cerrada y la aplicación que nos mandaron solo abría la del apartamento que era donde estaba la llave y no había más que una del portal, nos pareció pocas copias porque éramos tres adultos
