  Staying here was a highlight of the trip. It is at the end of an alley so it is very calm and quiet at night. There is just enough space for a lot of people and the beds are comfy. One of the main plazas is right by the apartment. The property managers were very patient and kind with us. Would book again if returning to Sevilla.
  
  What could be improved: Make sure you have help if you will be carrying a lot of luggage, as the property is a few blocks from taxi access!

  The location of the apartment is fantastic. Walking distance to virtually everywhere with bars and restaurants close by. Despite that, really quiet at night. The apartment itself is spacious and was really clean when we arrived. As other reviews have said the communal area is not huge, but the photos show what you are getting. This is a well furnished apartment in the heart of the City. Communication with the booking agent was also great. Highly recommended!

  Very clean, had everything we needed. It was comfortable. A staff member met us at the property and walked through the apartment and helped us get oriented to the amenities. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of old town Seville. We were on the second floor and there was an elevator if we needed it. Two bathrooms were great since we were two sets of couples.

  This was a great apartment, we were 6 older ladies who travel as a group once a year. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and there were even toiletries & washing up liquid etc which was great. It was within walking distance of the cathedral & the Alaczar. Plenty of restaurants nearby & the host sent us lots of useful information and suggestions.
  
  What could be improved: It was a little snug for 6 adults in the seating area.

  It was beautifully decorated, very clean with lovely soft white towels. The location was very convenient.
  
  What could be improved: The on-line check-in would not accept that we would be 3 guests not 5. Numerous emails with pdf copies of the completed forms and an abhortive phone call over three days failed and in desperation we had to phone Booking. com from the airport to help. Our flight 'fortunately' was delayed 4 hours not leaving Gatwick until after 8.30pm and when the entry code finally arrived we were in the queue to board.! If the flight had been on time we would have been standing in the street outside the door in the middle of the night! A very stressful, frustrating and unnecessary start to our stay. Fortunately things perked up when we opened the door!

  Loved the apartment- it was beautifully decorated, tvs in each bedroom + living room, loved all the extra touches such as the hair dryer and hair straightener, excellent location and wonderful support from the management team. Thank you!
  
  What could be improved: The kitchen was well-stocked with basics which we appreciated very much. One minor thing- it would be good to add a cutting board in the kitchen.

  A large apartment very centrally located but also quiet as it is at the end of a dead end street. Nairi, the landlord, was kind enough to collect us from where the taxi dropped us to guide us to the apartment.

  Our Seville apartment was conveniently located in the exciting part of the city (so many things within walking distance) but surprisingly private, quiet and secure (outside door then unit door). It comfortably housed our family of 4. Communication was easy with WhatsApp and our host provided recommendations we enjoyed. For the location, size, quality, and experience, this apartment has great value and you will enjoy your stay in Seville very much!
  
  What could be improved: There wasn’t a large common gathering space if you plan to cook meals and hang out in the apartment, but it didn’t matter to us since we were mostly out exploring and ate out. I think the hot showers were great for 4 ppl, but more than that you’d need to conserve.
