You know what struck me first about Singular Home Sevilla Center? The location is honestly perfect – and I don’t say that lightly. Calle Misericordia sits right in the heart of the old town, but it’s one of those quieter side streets that most tourists rush past without noticing. I mean, you’re literally a three-minute walk from the Cathedral (I timed it), but you’re not dealing with the constant stream of tour groups that plague some of the main drag hotels. The building itself has this lovely traditional Sevillian facade – white walls, wrought iron balconies, the whole nine yards – but inside it’s been renovated with a modern sensibility that actually works.

The rooms are what you’d expect from a solid 4-star place, nothing revolutionary but thoughtfully done. What I really appreciated were the little touches that show someone actually thinks about how people travel these days – proper bedside USB ports, a decent-sized desk if you need to work, and honestly the best part: those free bikes they mention in the name aren’t just a gimmick. They’re actually good quality city bikes, and the staff will point you toward the best routes along the Guadalquivir or through Parque de María Luisa. The neighborhood is perfect for cycling too – you can easily pedal to Triana across the Isabel II bridge, or head south toward the university area where you’ll find some of the best tapas bars that locals actually frequent (try Bar Eslava if you make it that far, but get there early).

Here’s the thing about staying in this part of Sevilla – you’re close enough to everything that matters, but far enough from the Barrio Santa Cruz tourist madness to get a real feel for the city. I’d wake up to the sound of actual Sevillians heading to work, not tour buses revving their engines. The 9.1 rating makes total sense when you factor in the location, the bike situation, and the fact that the staff genuinely seems to care about giving you good local recommendations rather than just pointing you toward the obvious attractions. During Semana Santa or Feria, this location would be absolutely golden – close to the action but on a street where you can actually sleep at night. The only minor downside? Parking can be tricky if you’re driving, but honestly, in this part of Sevilla you don’t want a car anyway. The whole old town is basically designed for walking and cycling, which brings us back to those free bikes. Smart move by the hotel, really.

  The host was very responsive to fix the lock on the sliding door in the bedroom. Great location with very good facilities and services. The availability of coffee capsules and certain items was very much appreciated.

  The apartment was modern, new, clean, like a real flat that we would like to live in. the Location is 1 min walk from Las Setas and a 10 min walk from Catedral and Alcazar. The bikes were also a plus. It has iron and hair dryer, also the phone chargers. It was very easy to enter the apartment, at any time, we didn’t have to Wait for anyone because it opens with a code that they gave us.

  Really nice apartment, very comfortable and had everything we needed! There was an information booklet that gave us tips for where to eat, what to do – this was super helpful. Lots of board games as well. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was amazing and our host was really quick to respond.
  
  What could be improved: This is quite funny but the auto lock system scared us every single time because we were just never prepared. The air conditioner smelled a bit funny so we didn’t use it but it definitely works!

  Apartamento céntrico, al lado de la Plaza de la Encarnación. Muy cómodo. Tiene un código para abrir el portal y otro código para abrir el apartamento.
  La calle es muy tranquila y tiene un carrefour justo en frente.
  La cama muy cómoda y al apartamento no le falta detalle.
  Se me olvidaron unos anillos y el anfitrión me los ha enviado. Hoy he podido recuperarlos. Gracias!
  
  What could be improved: La única manera de comunicarte con el anfitrión es por mensajes a través de Booking, el teléfono siempre está apagado o fuera de cobertura.
  Hubo una avería y nos quedamos sin agua. En unas horas se arregló pero olía bastante el servicio.
