This place on Calle San Eloy is actually a gem, and I mean that. You’re literally in the heart of Seville’s old town, which means you can stumble out the door and be at the Cathedral in about three minutes. The apartment sits on the first floor of one of those classic Sevillian buildings – you know, the kind with thick walls that keep things cool even when it’s blazing outside in July.

What really got me was how much space you get here. Four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and honestly, it feels more like staying at a friend’s place than some sterile hotel room. The parking situation is legit too, which anyone who’s driven in Seville will tell you is worth its weight in gold. I mean, trying to park near the Cathedral? Forget about it. But here, you’re sorted, and that alone probably saves you 20 euros a day and a whole lot of stress. The apartment itself has that lived-in feel – not fancy, but comfortable in a way that actually matters. The kitchen’s got everything you need if you want to cook (and you should grab some jamón from the market on Calle Feria), though honestly, with all the tapas bars around here, you might not use it much.

Here’s what I really appreciated – you’re close enough to everything that matters, but just far enough from the main tourist drag that you won’t have crowds of people with selfie sticks outside your window at 7 AM. Calle San Eloy is one of those streets where locals actually live and work, so you get a real sense of the neighborhood. There’s a little café about two doors down where the owner makes incredible cortados, and the whole area comes alive in the evenings when people start their paseos. The 8.4 rating makes sense to me – it’s not luxury, but it delivers exactly what it promises, and sometimes that’s exactly what you want. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the building has that particular old Seville smell – sort of like jasmine mixed with stone and history. You’ll know what I mean when you get there.

  Central location, close to all the main sights. Easy and smooth check-in. They have a parking spot nearby the apartment which was very useful. The apartment was generally clean
  
  What could be improved: Because the building is located in the old town, the sound insulation is poor, you can hear almost everything from the street and the neighbours. There was a strange smell coming from one of the bathrooms. One more bedside table should be added in the single bed rooms

  The location is just perfect. You are in the hearth of this beautiful city.

  From the patio you have no view and cannot see the blue sky or catch the sun. Which of course is normal for a patio

  Tenia 4 habitqciones, dos con cama de matrimonio y dos con camas individuales. Dos baños totalmente equipados y cocina. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones.
  Tiene aparcamiento, para llegar es algo complicado porque es zona peatonal, no es muy complicado meter el coche al parking. Estaba todo muy muy limpio, la atención fue muy buena. Hay secador, gel y champú.
  
  What could be improved: La salida del aparcamiento si que es muy mala, patinan las ruedas del coche y es algo peligroso.
