The kitchen is properly equipped too, something I always appreciate when I want to grab fresh ingredients from the local market and prepare a simple meal.

There’s a fantastic morning market just a few blocks away where vendors still call out their prices in rapid-fire Andalusian Spanish. The nearby parks — especially Parque de los Príncipes — become your evening refuge when the summer heat finally breaks. You’ll find yourself taking the same routes as locals heading to work, stopping at the same corner café for your cortado, and actually feeling like you belong somewhere rather than just passing through.

  The apartment is in a good location, right next to a metro station and a grocery store. There are also good restaurants around it. The advantage is the three bedrooms with three bathrooms. The living room with the kitchen is not big, but there was enough space for all of us – 3 adults with 2 children. The terrace was nice.
  Communication with the owner was seamless and she explained everything we needed when we arrived.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment has been renovated in an old building. One bedroom, which has an internal private bathroom and toilet, can be said to not provide much intimacy. The sinks are in the room itself, and the toilet and bathroom, besides being narrow, do not achieve much intimacy with the sliding door. Maybe because it faces an inner courtyard, a strong smell of cooking came in at night. The built-in wardrobes are not functional and convenient to use. In the apartment, I guess because it is close to the river and the building is old, there was a slight feeling of dampness. In general, the apartment is a bit noisy, it is still on a busy street, but also partly because the windows do not seal well. We warned the owner that according to the instructions we should leave the keys in the apartment, but in reality we need them to open the front door of the building, so we had to open it with improvised materials when we left.

  Great apartment for large family. Quite large balcony to fit all of us (5).
  Host welcomed us personally in front of the door.
  10 min walk to historic center (need to cross the river and you are there).
  Underground parking just in front of the apartment.

  Everything was perfect. The apartment was a great location, clean, with great communication, and easy to find with supermarkets and restaurants close by. I travelled with my father and my 4 children, and the whole experience could not have been easier. Great hosts.
