Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Sevilla, but this duplex on Calle San Esteban really surprised me – and I mean that in the best way possible. You know how sometimes “designer” just means they threw some IKEA furniture together and called it a day? Not here. The moment you walk up to the first floor (that’s primero for you non-Spanish speakers), you can tell someone actually thought about how people live and move through a space.
The duplex setup is honestly perfect if you’re traveling with friends or family because – and this is key – you can actually spread out without stepping on each other. The three bedrooms are configured so smartly that even when we had six people staying, it never felt cramped. The two bathrooms situation is a godsend, especially in the mornings when everyone’s trying to get ready to hit the Alcázar before the crowds descend. I mean, we’ve all been in those vacation rental situations where there’s one tiny bathroom and… well, you know how that goes.
What really got me though was the location – Calle San Esteban puts you right in the thick of the old town without being on one of those tourist-heavy streets where you can’t sleep because of the tapas crawlers at 2 AM. You’re maybe a four-minute walk from the Cathedral (I timed it because I’m weird like that), but tucked away enough that you feel like you’re living in actual Sevilla, not just visiting it. The street itself has this lovely residential vibe during the day – you’ll see locals heading to the market, kids playing – but it’s quiet enough at night that you can actually sleep with the windows open, which you’ll want to do because the cross-breeze is amazing.
Honestly, the design details are what made this place stick with me. The stairs up to the second level don’t feel cramped like in most duplexes, and whoever picked out the furniture actually understood that travelers need surfaces to put things on – real surfaces, not just one tiny nightstand per room. The kitchen is small but functional (we made breakfast every morning without wanting to kill each other), and there’s enough natural light that you don’t feel like you’re hiding in a cave during Sevilla’s intense afternoon heat.
I’ll be real with you – parking in this part of the old town is basically impossible, so if you’re driving, plan to use one of the public lots nearby and just walk. But that’s true for anywhere in the historic center, and once you’re settled in, you won’t need a car anyway. Everything worth seeing is either walkable or a quick metro ride away. The 9.2 rating doesn’t surprise me at all – it’s one of those places that just works, you know? Like, you’re not spending your vacation dealing with broken shower heads or trying to figure out how to turn on the air conditioning. You can just… be there and enjoy being in one of the most beautiful cities in Spain.

I recently stayed in a two-level apartment in Seville, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. Access to the apartment was very convenient with a secure code system, making check-in a breeze. The location is excellent, placing you right in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions.
The apartment features high-speed internet and a large TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The air conditioning is both efficient and quiet, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout the stay. The space was spotless and beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.
The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals if you prefer dining in. One of the highlights of the apartment is the rooftop terrace, which offers a lovely view of the city.
Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Seville. It combines comfort, convenience, and style in a truly enjoyable way.

Fabulous location, close to everything and very central. Main bedroom was very nice with a balcony onto the street. It was nice and quiet inside and a perfect temperature. Tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean.
What could be improved: This apartment is not for young families with children under 6 or for anyone with mobility issues. Steep staircase without any handrail. Difficult to access the property, the doors do not work as described. We waited for some time to get in to the property. Lift was also out of action. Eventually they do help you via WhatsApp but it felt impersonal. The doors are operated by card (which did not work) or via entry code but are terribly fiddly with small knobs which are difficult to turn and open the electronic doors.

Good location, everything we visited was within 15 mins walk. Comfortable beds. Apartment design was aesthetically pleasing. Staff was prompt to assist when we had issues.
What could be improved: Our booking details were picked up by scammers and we received multiple WhatsApp messages claiming to be from the hosts a few days before the trip, and they had all the details of our booking though we fortunately did not fall into the trap. Upon arrival, the elevator in the building was not working and so we had to lug our heavy suitcases up and down as it was never fixed across the 4 days we stayed there. Instructions to unlock the door with the code didn’t work and we had to wait for someone to arrive to help. We found the TV remote to not be working, and the two bread toasters in the apartment were faulty as well. Though they were swiftly fixed by the staff, there were too many issues to address upon arrival. There were also not enough plates and cups to rotate with in order to fill and use the dishwasher. Комфортные апартаменты, расположение, хорошо оборудованная кухня, все есть. На верхнем этаже очень светло. Отдыхали с детьми, переживали за лестницу, но все и тут было в порядке.

L'appartement jouit d'une bonne situation pour visiter la ville, location de vélos à deux pas. Le duplex est bien agencé, la literie de bonne qualité.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et au vu de la température nocturne début décembre, nous étions contents de pouvoir chauffer le duplex.
Restaurants à quelques minutes de marche.
What could be improved: Il n' y a que 5 chaises pour 6 personnes.
