You know what caught me off guard about this place? I was expecting just another apartment rental, but Tentudia really feels like someone put thought into making it special. The rooftop spaces – and I mean, every unit has either a private rooftop or patio – actually deliver on that promise. I spent way too many evenings up there with a bottle of wine from the Mercadona down the street, watching the sun set over Seville’s skyline.
The location on Calle Tentudia is honestly perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in Seville rather than just visiting it. You’re in Nervión, which locals will tell you is where actual Sevillanos live – not touristy at all, but you can still walk to the cathedral in about 25 minutes if you’re feeling ambitious. There’s this great little bar called El Rinconcillo nearby (well, the original one’s in the center, but there’s a smaller spot close by) where I’d grab coffee most mornings. The Metro Nervión station is maybe a 7-minute walk, so getting around is dead simple.
What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night – you’re close enough to everything but tucked away from the typical tourist chaos. The apartments themselves feel thoughtfully designed rather than just thrown together for Airbnb. I mean, the kitchen actually has proper knives and decent pots, which you’d be surprised how rare that is. The WiFi held up fine for work calls, and honestly, the AC was a lifesaver during those brutal July afternoons when it hits 40 degrees. Check-in was smooth too – they send you clear instructions beforehand, none of that “meet me at a random corner” nonsense you sometimes get with apartment rentals. Only minor gripe? The shower pressure could be stronger, but that’s pretty standard for older buildings in Spain. Still, for the price point and that private outdoor space, it’s hard to complain when you’re sipping morning coffee on your own little terrace while planning your day.

Accommodation was lovely and perfect distance out of the centre . Couldn't access the roof top …no big deal but thought that was included ? Would happily book again .

This is my most satisfying stay. It is my fifth trip in Seville. It is a 10-minute walk from Plaza de España. It is a newly renovated apartment building with an incredibly large underground parking garage. The apartment manager will tell you all the details of check-in and how to park in advance via WhatsApp. The service of the apartments I stayed in is much better than that of the apartments I stayed in Madrid and Barcelona!

The location of the apartment is central yet in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is lovely decorated, spacious and equipped with every comfort. We stayed for only 1 night but we enjoyed the apartment so much. We stayed on the 1st floor and we had access to the rooftop which had a lovely view of an 18th century old church. Our host, Rafael was very helpful and made our stay one to remember fondly.

There is an elevator in the room, which is very convenient and suitable for guests with large luggage.
