You know what struck me first about Terceros City Center Deluxe? The location is absolutely killer – I mean, you’re literally on Plaza de los Terceros, which honestly feels like you’ve stumbled into one of those hidden squares that only locals know about. It’s tucked away in Seville’s old town, but not so deep that you’ll get lost trying to find a decent restaurant at 10 PM (trust me, that’s important here since dinner doesn’t really start until then anyway).

The hotel itself has this boutique feel that Valcambre does really well – it’s polished without being stuffy, and the rooms actually have character instead of that generic hotel chain vibe. The staff genuinely knows their stuff about the neighborhood, which is refreshing. They’ll point you toward the tiny tapas bar around the corner on Calle Sierpes where the jamón ibérico is ridiculously good, or warn you that the cathedral gets absolutely packed between 11 and 2, so maybe hit it early or late. The building has some age to it – you can tell from the thick walls and the way sound carries differently in the hallways – but everything feels well-maintained and comfortable. I actually appreciated that the AC worked properly (not always a given in these historic buildings) and the Wi-Fi didn’t cut out every twenty minutes.

What really makes this place work is how it sits in the neighborhood. You’re close enough to the cathedral and Alcázar that you can walk over without breaking a sweat, but far enough from the main tourist crush that you can actually breathe a little. The plaza itself is pretty quiet in the mornings – perfect for coffee and people-watching – but it comes alive in the evenings when locals start their paseo. Parking is… well, it’s the old town, so don’t expect miracles, but there are a couple of public garages within a few blocks if you’re driving. Honestly though, once you’re settled here, you probably won’t need a car much. The whole historic center is walkable, and when your feet give out, the tram stop isn’t far. I’d say the 8.6 rating makes sense – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Seville, but it nails the things that actually matter when you’re exploring a city like this.

  The location is perfect for all attractions, rooftop area was a bonus and balcony’s as it was Semama Santa when we were there great spot to watch local processions

  Comfortable , quiet location , close to old city centre .
  
  What could be improved: There was a problem with the front door lock and we were unable to exit the building . The staff were very helpful and responsive and came very quickly . The lock needed to be replaced and was done efficiently .

  Early check-in without even asking for it, we appreciated it a lot.
  Friendly stuff member that showed us the flat and gave us recommendations for Sightseeing and Restaurants.
  Very central location. Famous Tapas Bar around the corner.

  What could be improved: In one of the bathrooms, you have no possibility to hang the towels.
  When windows in the bathroom and bedroom are open, you can hear the neighbors from upstairs.

  Right in the middle of the Old Town, with a real buzz as soon as you step out of the house.

  What could be improved: Too hot aircon did not really do anything and opening windows was too noisy. Also now plug for the kitchen sink which means we could not wash dishes.

  The position is great. The apartment is very well located. The person who welcomed us, Daniel, was very kind.
  The apartment is large and comfortable for 4 people.
  The parking is very near to the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: The smell coming from the pub downstairs could be very annoying. One bathroom is very tiny. For us it was ok but other people might not appreciate it.
  İn general the apartment is ok and has many pros but to me it seems overpriced.
  You understand that the apartment is managed by a bigger system and some young people come to greet you because they are paid to do so. What seems an automatic email arrives the day after checking if you are ok. Like other bigger cities, you have the sense of an impersonal turistification.

  location is great, the guy who welcomed us is excellent, rooms are spacious, big terrace on the roof
  
  What could be improved: rooms have no window to outside (just to small inner hall with opening to skylight). bathrooms and toilets are connected to sleeping rooms so those sleeping im the living room need to go through someone’s sleeping room during the night (was ok for us due to we are family)
