You know what surprised me most about Tetuán 15? It’s actually tucked away on this narrow street that feels completely residential — I mean, you’d walk right past it if you didn’t know it was there. But that’s exactly what makes it special. While everyone else is fighting for space around the Cathedral area, you’re literally a three-minute walk from all that chaos but sleeping in what feels like a quiet neighborhood pocket that tourists somehow miss.
The apartments themselves are honestly much more thoughtfully designed than I expected. I’ve stayed in plenty of these boutique conversion places, and usually there’s something that feels off — weird bathroom layouts or furniture that looks good but isn’t actually comfortable. Here though, someone clearly thought about how people actually live in a space. The kitchenette isn’t just for show (there’s a proper-sized fridge and decent counter space), and the bed setup doesn’t feel cramped even though Spanish apartments tend to be, well, compact. What really got me was the attention to local touches — not the cheesy fake-authentic stuff you see everywhere, but subtle nods to Sevillian design that feel natural. The building itself has that traditional Andalusian courtyard vibe, which means it stays surprisingly cool even during those brutal summer afternoons when the rest of the city feels like an oven.
Location-wise, you’re golden for exploring the old town without dealing with the tourist trap pricing on every corner. There’s this little plaza just around the corner where locals actually hang out in the evenings — Plaza de la Pescadería — and honestly, sitting there with a beer watching neighborhood life happen is worth the stay alone. You can walk to the Alcázar in about eight minutes, but more importantly, you’re close to streets like Calle Feria where the real Seville dining scene happens. Parking is… well, it’s Seville old town, so forget about driving if you can help it. But the Juzgado metro stop is close enough, and honestly, once you’re here you won’t want to leave the walking zone anyway. The 9.2 rating makes perfect sense — it’s not trying to be a luxury hotel, but everything it does try to do, it nails. Check-in was smooth (they actually respond to messages quickly, which isn’t always a given with apartment rentals), and the place was spotless without that sterile feeling you get in chain hotels. If you want to feel like you’re staying in Seville rather than just visiting it, this is your spot.

Outstanding location, clean and functional with coffee machine & a very spacious layout. It was so central to shopping, restaurants and all the main sites. We stayed for 3 nights but wish it was longer. The host was very accommodating & helpful.

Excellent location.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! It was clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials. The decor was stylish and inviting, and the space was spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. Accessing the property was a breeze thanks to the convenient code provided, and the team was very responsive and helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly. Despite being located just off a busy street, the property was surprisingly quiet, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
