You know what surprised me about The Old Print House? It actually lives up to its name – you can feel the history in these walls, and I mean that in the best way possible. When I first walked into the apartment on Calle Pajaritos, there was this perfect blend of old Seville character with modern touches that didn’t feel forced or overdone. The whole building has this authentic printshop vibe (hence the name), but your apartment feels like a proper home, not some sterile hotel room.
The location is honestly perfect if you want to experience real Seville without the tourist chaos. Calle Pajaritos is this narrow cobblestone street that most visitors walk right past, but you’re literally a three-minute stroll from the Cathedral – I timed it because I’m weird like that. What I loved is that you get the authentic neighborhood feel with actual locals going about their day, plus there’s this little corner bar called El Rinconcillo nearby that’s supposedly the oldest tapas bar in Seville (and honestly, the jamón there backs up that claim). The apartment itself is surprisingly quiet considering you’re in the heart of everything – the old stone walls are thick enough that you won’t hear every conversation from the street below, which was a relief after some other places I’ve stayed in Andalusia.
Here’s the thing about these apartments that really impressed me: they’ve thought about the details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for more than a night. The kitchen is fully equipped (not just a mini-fridge and a prayer), there’s proper storage space, and the WiFi actually works – I was video calling family back home without any issues. The design feels authentically Sevillian too, with these beautiful ceramic tiles and wooden beams that probably date back centuries. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, though heads up – like most places in the old town, there’s no parking right at the door, but they’ll point you toward a garage about five minutes away. I’d definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re planning to stay more than just a quick weekend and want to feel like you’re living in Seville rather than just passing through. The 9-star rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s not flashy or over-the-top, just really well done in all the ways that actually matter.

The property was in the heart of the city very close to all the attractions. the apartment was very comfortable and spacious the apartment also had access to a rooftop terrace. we just loved our stay and Miriam our host was very friendly and helpful. Our stay at The Old Print House (managed by Space Maison) was nearly perfect. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully located—quiet yet just steps from shopping streets and major attractions. Walking everywhere was effortless!
A huge thanks to Daria, who made our stay seamless. From airport transfers to local recommendations and check-in reminders, her attention to detail and hospitality were outstanding.
What could be improved: If we had one minor critique, it would be the shower: while it had hot water, the pressure could have been stronger, and we occasionally had a minute or so of intermittent cold water. A small hiccup in an otherwise flawless stay.

The location was ideal-midway between the Cathedral & Alcazar and the Setas attraction. Maybe a little too touristy, but lots of great restaurants, and so many places to walk to. Nice to have an elevator to bring luggage to the third floor

This apartment is perfectly located to walk around Seville. It is very comfortable with two proper double bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Access was easy with key collection close by. It was clean, bright and perfect for our needs.

One of Europe's most beautiful cities. A beautiful apartment, close to the cathedral and lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Close to the Naturanda Tourist office where we picked up the keys and arranged a guided tour of the cathedral.
