You know what caught me off guard about The Zentral Arenal Suites? It’s actually quiet. I mean, you’re literally on Calle Arenal – one of the busiest pedestrian streets in Seville’s old town – but somehow the rooms feel tucked away from all that tourist chaos. The building itself has this elegant, slightly imposing entrance that you might walk past without noticing, which honestly works in your favor because it keeps things from feeling too touristy.
The suites are spacious in a way that most Seville hotels just aren’t. I’m talking about rooms where you can actually unpack your suitcase without playing Tetris with the furniture. The decor leans modern but not sterile – think clean lines with warm touches that nod to Andalusian style without going full tourist-trap flamenco. What I really appreciated was the kitchen setup; it’s not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation, but actually functional if you want to grab groceries from the Mercado de la Encarnación (which is maybe a seven-minute walk, by the way). The beds are solid – firm but not like sleeping on concrete – and the air conditioning actually works, which if you’ve spent any time in Seville during summer, you know isn’t always a given.
Location-wise, you’re in the sweet spot. The Cathedral is right there – I mean, you’ll probably hear the bells, but it’s not jarring – and you can walk to pretty much everything worth seeing in the old quarter. But here’s the thing locals know: Calle Arenal connects the cathedral area to the Triana bridge, so you’re perfectly positioned to explore both sides of the river without dealing with taxis or figuring out the bus system. Plus, there are actual restaurants nearby that aren’t just tourist traps. The little tapas place two doors down? That’s where you’ll see office workers grabbing lunch, which is always a good sign. Parking is basically impossible on the street (no surprise there), but the staff can point you toward the closest garage if you’re driving – though honestly, once you’re here, you won’t need a car for anything. The 8.4 rating feels about right; it’s not going to blow your mind, but it delivers on what matters: comfort, space, and being right in the middle of everything without feeling like you’re camping in a tourist circus.

Location was unbeatable ! Close by to every point of interest, both in the Old Town and Triana.
Clean, very comfortable and spacious. Bed was great and sheets very soft.
Staff was very friendly and responsive.
With a nice terrace on the top floor.
Would have appreciated a bit more of advice upon our arrival, like the fact you get a discount for the flamenco show by staying there (I found out about that because of some comment I've read after I left..) or some recommendations (like other accommodations do) with things to do, where to eat, etc etc. But overall, very highly recommended!
What could be improved: The AC in the bedroom wasn't working correctly and even though they sent someone to fix it, it still didn't work like it should. It was constantly turning on and off. Thank you for trying though.
We were staying on the 1st floor and you could easily hear the flamenco show on the ground floor from 18.30-19.30 and from 20.30-21.30. Even though we asked to be changed to another higher room, the hotel was fully booked so it was not possible. The apartment was very spacious with everything we needed provided. Access to the apartment was via individual security code at the main reception which closed at 3pm everyday and the same code accessed your apartment. Located in the old town area of Seville we were within walking distance of all the major attractions. Communication with the host was very easy through bookings.com
messaging service.

It was great to have the elevator! As older travelers the elevator mad a tremendous difference for us. It was a little difficult finding the parking deck . We did enjoy our stay in the apartment.

We loved the area for our 2nd visit to Seville. It felt more 'local' and not so 'touristy'.
The apartment is clean and spacious but the bathroom is compact, yet adequate.
The staff were very helpful organising a taxi to the station, and we could leave our luggage securely after checkout, until our departure.
What could be improved: We were not happy that we were not given the entry codes for access until 3pm on the day of arrival.
We are from Australia and only have internet access where we stay, so we require our codes in advance, or to be met at the apartment by someone.

Ladies on reception were excellent being both friendly and efficient. Bed was really comfortable and everything provided inside the apartment for a short stay. Apartment was no more than about 10 minutes walk from Cathedral, Alcazar and Triana and lots of tapas bars, restaurants etc.
What could be improved: There was an outside patio which when shown on website and booking.com had a parasol and cushions on patio furniture. These were not there when we arrived and when we asked for them we were rudely told by a maintenance man they weren't available. Excellent apartment in very good location
What could be improved: Unfortunately the apartments have an events room on the ground floor
Very loud live music was playing till 9:30 at night. There was extremely loud drumming which shook the entire apartment

Location is almost in the center. You can reach all historical and touristic places by walk. There is lots of restaurants nearby. Extra bed was comfortable. Towels were all clean, even a separate one for face. Kitchen was full with stuff like fork, spoon etc. We left our luggages in reception after check out between 1200-1500.

Just crossing the river, you reach Triana district. 10-15 min walking to most of attractions.
