So here’s the thing about this place – it’s actually tucked into one of those traditional Sevillan courtyards that most tourists walk right past without even noticing. You know how Triana feels different from the main city center? Well, this spot on Calle Alfarería really captures that authentic neighborhood vibe. I mean, you’re literally staying in what used to be (and honestly still feels like) a proper vecindad – one of those communal living spaces where neighbors would gather in the central patio. The name basically translates to “typical and picturesque neighbors’ courtyard with charm,” which sounds cheesy in English but actually undersells how cool this setup really is.
What got me was how they’ve kept the original bones of the building while making it work for modern travelers. The rooms open onto this gorgeous central courtyard where you can hear the fountain trickling away – though fair warning, if you’re a super light sleeper, you might notice the occasional motorcycle heading down the street in the early morning. But honestly? That’s just Triana being Triana. The location is pretty perfect if you ask me… you’re a five-minute walk from the famous ceramic workshops (Calle Alfarería literally means “pottery street”), and getting to the Puente de Triana takes maybe ten minutes on foot. I actually loved being able to duck back here after dealing with the crowds around the cathedral – it felt like stepping into a different, quieter Seville.
The 9.1 rating makes total sense once you spend time here. It’s not fancy in that international hotel chain way, but the details are what matter. The tiles are gorgeous, the plants in the courtyard are actually thriving (you’d be surprised how many places get this wrong), and the whole vibe just works. You know what really sold me though? Sitting in that patio around sunset with a beer from the little market down the street – there’s something about the way the light hits those whitewashed walls that just feels right. Plus, and this is key for Seville, the courtyard design actually keeps things cooler during those brutal summer afternoons. If you’re looking for cookie-cutter amenities and a concierge desk, this isn’t your spot. But if you want to feel like you’re actually living in Seville for a few days rather than just visiting it, this place gets it right.

Lovely traditional apartment in fabulous location close to the river and Triana market. The apartment was simple but clean and well equipped, everything we could possibly need was provided. The host provided lots of information about Seville and gave excellent details of how to access the property. Could not find fault with anything!

Great location, in a local neighborhood called Triana. Lots of restaurants, a local market, supermarkets, flamenco bars, near the Bulls Arena and an easy access to the main touristic sights. 10 min away from the bus station, by walking.
Great communication with the owner. He sent us lots of information about places to visit long before our stay. Always available on Whatsapp for us. Antonio is very client oriented.
It's a beautiful house, with a lovely courtyard, made for relaxing. AC in each room, clean rooms, hot water.

Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Apartment liegt in einem typischen schönen Hinterhof voller Blumen. Hervorzuheben ist der überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, der sich große Mühe gegeben hat, uns alle Informationen für einen schönen Aufenthalt zur Verfügung zu stellen. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch werden wir wieder gerne das Apartment buchen.

La posizione è comodissima sia per raggiungere a piedi il centro storico storico di Siviglia, sia per passeggiare nel piacevolissimo quartiere di Triana. È vicino anche al bellissimo e pittoresco mercato di Triana dove comprare cibi freschi in un contesto colorato e tipico, pieno di azulejos.
La struttura si trova all’interno di una bellissima corte ed è estremamente silenziosa e tranquilla. Il contesto è veramente molto piacevole e accogliente. Le persone intorno sono estremamente accoglienti e gentili.

Experiencia única con unos dueños para enmarcar. La casa es cómoda por excelente ubicación, tranquilidad, menaje (cafetera italiana, ‘kettle’, café, infusiones… incluso vino), patio premiadísimo más que pintoresco, colchón comodísimo, aire acondicionado y bomba de calor, mantitas… En fin, muchos pequeños detalles que te hacen sentir como en tu propia casa. Nos gustaría volver y lo haremos con tiempo suficiente para sentir, de nuevo, todo el esplendor de éste barrio tan popular.
