So I stumbled across Triana Home Luxury during my last trip to Seville, and honestly? It’s one of those places that gets everything right without trying too hard. You know how some hotels feel like they’re performing luxury for you – well, this isn’t that. It sits on Calle Rodrigo de Triana, which sounds fancy but is actually this perfectly normal residential street in the Triana neighborhood, and that’s exactly why it works.
The thing about staying in Triana is you’re basically living like a local, but with really nice sheets. I mean, you’re a quick walk from the Mercado de Triana (grab breakfast there, seriously), and when you cross the Isabel II bridge into the old city, you feel like you’ve earned it somehow. The hotel itself has this calm, understated vibe – think clean lines and good lighting rather than over-the-top chandeliers. My room faced the street, which I was initially worried about because Spanish neighborhoods can get lively, but it was surprisingly quiet. Maybe it’s because Triana residents actually live here instead of just partying through it.
What really impressed me was how the staff seemed to actually know Seville, not just the tourist talking points. When I asked about flamenco shows, they didn’t just point me toward the obvious spots in Santa Cruz – they mentioned this little place around the corner where locals go on Thursday nights. The breakfast spread was solid too, with proper jamón and decent coffee, though honestly you’ll want to venture out to one of the neighborhood cafés anyway. The rooms are spacious by European standards, and everything feels thoughtfully designed rather than just expensive. I particularly loved the bathroom – great water pressure and those little touches like good towels that you notice when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. The 8.6 rating makes sense to me because while it’s not going to blow your mind with flashy amenities, it nails the fundamentals and then some. If you’re the type who wants to experience Seville beyond the cathedral selfies and tourist menus, this is your spot.

Location is excellent, amenities of the apt are really good. There are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants in a short distance. The instructions how to get to the apt was clear and consise. The street is fairly quiet, however it might be different in the summer season. We absolutely loved the small bars in the area and close proximity to the historical center. If you want self catering Mercadona and many other smaller supermarkets are 3-5 minutes walk.
What could be improved: Parking in the street not possible but there are plenty of (occupied) parking space in walking distance. Modern, updated, and clean . Has dishes and easy to stay in and prepare a meal or go out for local meal. Hot water. Easy to adjust thermostat. Felt safe.
