Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Seville, and honestly? This little gem on Pagés del Corro completely caught me off guard. When you first walk up to Triana Pages Oasis, you might think “wait, this is it?” because the entrance is pretty understated – but that’s actually part of its charm. It’s tucked into this residential stretch where you’ve got actual sevillanos going about their daily business, not just tourists stumbling around with maps.

The thing about staying in Triana is that you’re technically across the river from the main tourist zone, but here’s what the guidebooks don’t tell you – that’s exactly why it works so well. You’re maybe a seven-minute walk to the Puente de Isabel II (locals just call it Puente de Triana), and once you cross over, boom, you’re right there at the cathedral and Alcázar. But when you come back in the evening, you’re in this neighborhood that actually feels like Spain, you know? There’s this little tabanco around the corner where the bartender remembers your drink after two visits, and the morning bakery smell from the panadería down the street – I mean, that’s worth the stay right there.

The hotel itself has this modern-meets-traditional thing going on, but they didn’t try too hard with it, which I appreciate. The rooms are actually quiet, even though you’re on a street that gets some foot traffic during the day. I was worried about noise since Spanish streets can get lively, but the windows do their job. What really impressed me was the attention to small stuff – like, they have these local area guides that aren’t just tourist trap recommendations, and the front desk genuinely knows the neighborhood. When I asked about where to grab breakfast that wasn’t overpriced tourist fare, they sent me to this counter-service place two blocks down that I never would’ve found otherwise. Oh, and parking – if you’re driving, there’s actually decent street parking in the evenings, though you’ll want to ask them about the blue zone restrictions during the day.

Here’s the real deal though: Triana has this completely different energy from central Seville, especially in the late afternoon when people are doing their shopping and the bars start filling up with locals. You’re close enough to hit all the major sights during the day, but you get to come home to a neighborhood where people actually live and work. The hotel sits right in the sweet spot where you can walk to the Mercado de Triana for incredible jamón and local ceramics, but you’re not dealing with the cruise ship crowds that pack the cathedral area. Plus, and this might sound random, but the sunsets from the Triana side looking back at the city center are absolutely ridiculous – way better than fighting for space on the other side of the river.

  Everything was perfect, and I really appreciate handing out the keys on Dec-25 late evening. Apartment is very comfortable, clean, kitchen has everything you need (except some small stuff like tabs for washing machine, but nothing serious). Parking is possible in the garage. Location is great to explore the city. Staying here made our visit to Seville as pleasant as possible.

  Ana was very nice and helpful!!! Met us in front of the apartment to show us the apartment and how to get to the garage and parking slot. Gave us recommendation to restaurants in Sevilla, and things to do in Sevilla.
