Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Seville, and Triana Pureza caught me off guard in the best way possible. When you first walk up to Calle Pureza 97, you’re not getting some flashy hotel entrance – it’s actually tucked into a residential building, which I mean, initially made me double-check my booking. But honestly? That’s exactly what makes this place special. You’re not just staying in Triana, you’re living in it.

The thing about this neighborhood that most tourists miss is that it’s where actual sevillanos hang out. You’ll hear kids playing football in the narrow streets below (yes, it can get a bit noisy in the early evening, but it’s the good kind of neighborhood noise), and there’s this amazing little bakery literally around the corner that I stumbled onto my second morning. The apartment itself – and it really feels more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying in a hotel – has this lived-in comfort that you just can’t fake. The floors have that worn tile look that speaks to decades of Andalusian life, and honestly, the morning light coming through those traditional windows is something else. You know what really sold me though? The fact that I could walk to the Saturday market at Plaza del Altozano in about three minutes, grab fresh oranges and jamón, and actually prepare breakfast like a local instead of hunting for overpriced tourist cafés.

What strikes me most about staying here is how it changes your whole Seville experience. Instead of trekking back to some hotel district after dinner, you’re wandering home through streets where old men are still playing dominoes outside bars at 11 PM and the smell of jasmine hits you from hidden courtyards. The Guadalquivir is right there – I mean literally a five-minute walk – so those evening strolls along the water become part of your routine rather than a planned activity. And getting to the cathedral and Alcázar? Well, it’s just a pleasant walk across the Isabel II bridge, but somehow approaching the old city from Triana makes you feel like you’re discovering it rather than just checking it off a list. The 8.7 rating makes total sense to me because this isn’t about luxury amenities or concierge services – it’s about authenticity and location that actually enhances your trip instead of just providing a place to sleep.

  We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is really cool and clean, in a lovely area of the city, with the best bars and restaurants, and also supermarkets nearby. Wi-fi works really well, a/c is good and the kitchen has everything you need. The host makes sure you are looked after. The toilet is clean and well organized. I would definitely go back to Triana Pureza.

  The apartment was spacious, clean, bright and was a cool place to get away from the Seville heat! The bedroom was cool and had blackout blinds which was awesome! We were happy to find out the apartment was ground floor and steps away from delicious tapas bars and the main flamenco area! We went to a show less than a block away- it was amazing! The host was friendly and easy to contact- we were given a late check out which allowed us to see Alcazar!
  
  We loved the Triana neighborhood, the colorful buildings and that we could easily walk across a bridge into central Seville. We definitely plan to visit Seville again!

  If you found this accommodation you are really lucky and you shold book it asap. The area is absolutely perfect, close to everything and very local, full of great food. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well equiped. Contactless check in and quick responses from the owner. We loved it.
