Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Seville, and honestly? This little gem on Calle Pureza caught me completely off guard. You know how sometimes you book a place based on photos and cross your fingers – well, this actually exceeded what I was expecting. The private patio thing isn’t just marketing speak either; I mean, you’ve got this gorgeous outdoor space that feels like your own secret corner of Triana, which if you know anything about this neighborhood, is pretty magical.
What really gets me about this place is how it sits right in the heart of Triana without feeling touristy. I’m talking proper local vibes here – you’ll hear the morning chatter from the market vendors heading to work, smell that incredible bread from the bakeries around the corner, and honestly, it just feels… authentic? The apartment itself is beautifully done (that 4-star rating isn’t inflated), but it’s the location that really makes it special. You’re literally a five-minute walk from the Guadalquivir, and those evening strolls along the river – especially when the cathedral lights up across the water – well, that’s the stuff travel memories are made of. Plus, and this is key if you’re planning to explore, you can actually walk to most of the major sights without dealing with Seville’s sometimes tricky parking situation.
The patio becomes your little sanctuary after those long days of wandering around. I spent most evenings out there with a bottle of wine from the corner shop, just watching the neighborhood come alive. There’s something about Triana at dusk that’s different from the main tourist areas – it feels lived-in, you know? The only thing I’d mention (and this is minor) is that being in a residential area means you’ll hear some street life, but honestly, that’s part of the charm. The 8.9 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve been there; it’s not trying to be a fancy hotel, but it nails exactly what it’s going for. If you want to experience Seville like someone who actually lives there, rather than just checking off the tourist boxes, this is your spot.

The location was close proximity to almost everything, bars, shops etc
What could be improved: The power supply, electronics cannot function contemporary, but manageable once you understand how it works. The noise from one of the bedrooms that is right across the road. The location is excellent. It’s walking distance to lots of restaurants. The interior looks modern. The staff is also very accommodating to questions.

Easy check in. Great location, walkable to lots of sites in Seville. Bed Comfortable. Good shower pressure. Toiletries provided. Great WiFi. Nice to have a private courtyard. Loved the room darkening privacy shades on every window. The master bedroom is next to the private courtyard not the street, so that helped with the reduced noise.
What could be improved: You could hear other people in the building but luckily it was only during the day and it was quiet in the evening. However 2 of the bedrooms are street side so it could get pretty noisy. You can hear traffic and people walking by. Not an issue for us as we only used the master bedroom but something to consider. Nos ha encantado todo, el apartamento muy acogedor no le falta de nada, la limpieza de 10 , el trato del personal de la limpieza como las anfitriona excelente, la ubicación perfecta para moverte por Sevilla, ,el barrió de Triana maravilloso, repetiríaamos sin duda, recomendable 100/💯 gracias millll por todo. La.pena fue de no tomar fotos pero es tal cual como lo anuncian.
