You know what caught me off guard about Triana Suite Apartament? Walking up to this building on Ronda de Triana, I honestly wasn’t expecting much from the outside – it’s pretty understated, which I’ve learned is actually a good sign in Seville. But once you’re inside, it’s like someone took everything annoying about typical hotel stays and just… fixed it. The suites are proper apartments, I mean actually functional ones, not those weird hotel “suites” with a mini-fridge shoved in a corner. You’ve got real kitchen space (the kind where you can actually cook if you want to skip another plate of jamón for breakfast), and the living areas don’t feel like afterthoughts.

The location thing is what really makes this place work, though. Being right in Triana – and I mean properly in Triana, not on some tourist strip pretending to be Triana – you’re walking distance from those ceramics workshops on Calle San Jorge that most visitors never find, and honestly, some of the best tapas bars in the city are just around the corner. The Mercado de Triana is maybe a five-minute walk, which means you can actually shop for real food instead of surviving on hotel breakfast and overpriced tourist menus. Plus, crossing the Isabel II bridge into the old city becomes this nice little ritual – it’s far enough that you feel like you’re staying somewhere authentic, but close enough that you’re not spending half your day on logistics.

What really sold me was the practical stuff nobody talks about in reviews. The building’s quiet at night (Triana doesn’t get the same party crowds as Barrio Santa Cruz), parking isn’t impossible if you’re driving, and the check-in was refreshingly straightforward. The rating of 9.3 makes sense when you actually stay there – it’s not trying to be flashy or Instagram-perfect, it’s just genuinely comfortable in that way that makes you want to extend your trip. The apartment setup means you can spread out properly, do laundry if you need to, and not feel like you’re living out of a suitcase. During the crazy heat of summer, having real air conditioning and space to retreat to matters more than you’d think. I keep recommending it to friends because it strikes that sweet spot between feeling local and being actually convenient – which, let’s be honest, is harder to find in Seville than it should be.

  La reserva la hice para mi madre y su pareja, quedaron encantados. Todo era nuevo y estaba limpio y ordenado. El espacio estaba muy bien aprovechado.
  
  What could be improved: Yo vivo en triana y conocía la zona pero puede ser complicado encontrar la entrada. Eso sí, me enviaron un video para ayudar.

  O apartamento todo novo, a limpeza, excelente localização, no coração de Triana, mas especialmente a simpatia e profissionalismo do responsável.

  La ubicación excelente, con facilidad de aparcamiento y todos los servicios en la misma calle ( supermercado, farmacia, estanco, panadería, cafeterías…) la casa súper limpia con todo lo necesario para cocinar así como secador y plancha. Las camas súper cómodas y la atención de Juan excelente

  Apartamento pulitissimo, con l'arredamento nuovo, il letto é comidissimo, c'è il wifi, l'aria condizionata , la lavatrice, lavastoviglie in genere è dotato di tutto ciò che serve.
  La struttura è locata a l centro del quartiere Triana a 15 minuti a piedi del quartiere di Santa Cruz, e a pochissimi passi di bar e ristoranti dove poter fare colazione o pranzare.
  Vicino c'è anche la fermata di autobus e taxi.
  Il personale che lo gestisce è molto gradevole e disponibile.
  Che dire, sono stata benissimo 😄
