Hotel Description

You know what caught me off guard about Urban House Siurot 33? It’s tucked right on that corner where Manuel Siurot meets Calle Ateca, and honestly, I walked past it twice before realizing this sleek building was actually my hotel. The whole Sur district has this interesting mix of residential blocks and newer developments, and this place fits right in without trying too hard to stand out. I mean, it’s got that clean, modern look but doesn’t feel sterile like some of these newer properties do.

The location is actually pretty clever if you know Seville at all. You’re far enough from the tourist chaos around the Cathedral and Alcázar that you can get a decent night’s sleep (trust me, those narrow old-town streets get loud), but close enough that a twenty-minute walk gets you to Plaza de España or the Maria Luisa Park. What I really appreciated was being near actual Sevillanos going about their day – there’s a great little market a few blocks over on Avenida de la Palmera where locals shop, and you’ll find proper neighborhood bars where they’re not inflating prices for tourists. The staff seemed genuinely surprised when I mentioned I’d wandered over there, which tells you most guests probably stick to the more obvious attractions.

Inside, the rooms have this minimalist thing going on that works better than expected. Clean lines, good lighting, and – here’s the thing that matters – really solid air conditioning. If you’ve spent a summer in Andalusia, you know that’s not negotiable. The bed was comfortable enough that I actually slept in past my usual travel schedule, and the shower had proper water pressure (again, not always a given in Spain). I did notice some street noise in the morning since it’s on a corner, but nothing that would keep you awake if you’re a reasonably sound sleeper. The whole place feels well-maintained rather than brand new, which I prefer – it means they’ve worked out the kinks. Check-in was smooth, parking is available if you’re brave enough to drive in Seville, and the front desk staff knew enough about the neighborhood to point me toward places that weren’t just the standard tourist recommendations. For what you pay and where you are, it’s honestly a solid choice that lets you experience a bit more of how the city actually works.

  Clean and comfortable apartment everything you need. Close to Betis Stadium. Host always available and quick information about accommodation.

  The neighborhood it was located in was a place where very peaceful and visionary people lived. It was within walking distance to the center due to its location. It is the right choice for those who want to live as if they were in their own home in Seville. You can find all kinds of opportunities around.

  The rooms was spacious and clean. There was everything for a great stay. It was so nice to get coffee and some snacks. It is 20 minutes walking to Plaza de España and there is a bus station and a convenient store near. Definitely recommended!
  
  What could be improved: There shower is projected without the door so the water splashed. Also ventilation in the bathroom is not the best.

  Not having a car park, they suggest one which worked fine, but is not very near and with Sevilla hot, the walk seems even bigger.

  Quick access by bus to the town, only 20-30 minutes away. Responsive service and no problems during my stay. They also stored our luggage after check-out. great place to stay. downstairs restaurant is delicious too
