You know what struck me first about Veoapartment García Vinuesa Primero? It’s tucked away on this quiet little street – Calle Cristóbal de Castillejo – but you’re literally in the heart of Seville’s old town. I mean, you step out the door and within five minutes you’re at the Cathedral, but somehow the apartment itself feels like a peaceful retreat from all that tourist chaos.

The building is one of those classic Sevillian townhouses, and honestly, the apartment on the first floor has this perfect balance of old-world charm and modern comfort that’s actually hard to find. The ceilings are high – which you’ll appreciate in summer, trust me – and there’s this lovely natural light that filters in throughout the day. What I really loved was how quiet it stays, even though you’re right in the centro histórico. Maybe it’s because Castillejo isn’t one of the main tourist drags like Sierpes, but you get all the convenience without the street noise keeping you up at night. The neighborhood has that authentic feel too – there’s a little corner bar where locals grab their morning coffee, and you’ll see kids playing in the small plaza nearby in the evenings.

Practically speaking, everything just works here. The kitchen is actually equipped for real cooking (not just a mini-fridge and hot plate situation), which was great since we picked up ingredients at the Mercado de la Encarnación – about a seven-minute walk. The host was incredibly responsive, and check-in was smooth, though I’d recommend confirming arrival times since it’s not a traditional hotel setup. The WiFi was solid, and the air conditioning… well, let’s just say it’s a lifesaver if you’re visiting between May and September. One small thing – parking can be tricky in this area since it’s all narrow cobblestone streets, but there’s a public garage on Calle Adriano that’s maybe ten minutes away if you’re driving. Most people don’t need a car here anyway since everything’s walkable, and you’re close enough to Plaza Nueva that catching buses or taxis elsewhere is easy. The 9.2 rating honestly makes sense – it’s one of those places that gets the details right without trying too hard to impress you.

  Perfect location to view all the main sights. Beautifully clean property. Suited our needs – each room was decorated to a lovely style and was very comfortable.

  What could be improved: Since the location is great, it also means it's a bit loud. The building is older so there is no sound insulation. The only item i think the property manager can improve on is adding towel hooks in both bathrooms. Such a minor item, but it is a nuisance when you have nowhere to hang your towel 🙂

  la posizione è ottima. centralissimo 300 metri dalla Cattedrale e dal real alcazar. zona piena di posti dove mangiare e fare shopping. servizio taxi sotto casa
  
  What could be improved: c'è un odore di fritto appena entri nel palazzo che disturba all'ingresso. per fortuna nell'appartamento non c'è puzza
  nei bagni bisogna aggiungere un porta carta, e un porta asciugamano. non c'è nullaed anche un etager..l'appartamento e molto comodo e nell'arredamento essenziale per chi soggiorna.
