  De locatie van het appartement is top. Het ligt dan wel aan een drukke weg (overdag), maar de ramen zijn erg goed geïsoleerd en je hoort er niets van. 's Avonds neemt de drukte af en heb je nog nauwelijks last van de weg.
  
  Op slechts 2 minuten lopen is een bakkertje waar je heerlijk kunt ontbijten en even verderop een supermarktje. Met 5 minuten lopen zit je midden in het centrum of in het Maria Luisa Park en het Plaza de España.
  
  Bij aankomst werden wij verwelkomd door Damían die ons vanalles uitlegde. Er is een keukentje en wasmachine. Drogen van de was doe je op het dak, wat in het zonnetje en wind gemiddeld 10 minuten duurt.
  
  De bedden liggen hard, maar slapen erg goed (vinden wij). Ook voldoende ruimte om je kleding te hangen. Wij hebben er 7 dagen met 3 personen gezeten en dat ging prima.
