The apartment itself (well, it’s more like a boutique hotel setup) feels thoughtfully put together. The floors are these beautiful original tiles that you see throughout Seville’s historic buildings, but they’ve added underfloor heating – which might sound unnecessary until you experience a February morning in Andalusia. The windows are double-glazed too, which is actually pretty crucial because even on the quieter streets, Spanish nightlife can get lively. I appreciated that someone clearly thought about the practical stuff without losing the character of the place. The kitchen is compact but functional, and there’s something satisfying about picking up fresh oranges from the market on Plaza del Duque and actually having somewhere proper to prepare them. The Wi-Fi is solid too – I mention this because I’ve learned the hard way that beautiful historic buildings and reliable internet don’t always go hand in hand.

What really sets this place apart is the attention to detail that you don’t always get with vacation rentals. Fresh towels that actually smell good, decent water pressure (seriously underrated), and they stock the basics so you’re not immediately hunting for a grocery store. The check-in process was smooth – they met me at the building since these old places don’t always have proper lobbies, and the host knew the neighborhood well enough to give me proper recommendations, not just the obvious tourist spots. With a 9.3 rating, you might expect it to be overpriced, but honestly, for what you get in this location, it feels like decent value. Plus, staying here puts you right in the rhythm of how Seville actually works – late dinners, afternoon siestas, and morning coffee runs that become part of the experience rather than just something you’re observing from the outside.

    It was a fantastic experience! The apartment is new and very cozy. My family and I had a wonderful time staying there. The location is excellent, as it is close to downtown and only a 5-minute walk from a market. I strongly recommend this apartment and the staff were also very friendly.
