  Obiekt znajduje się w samym centrum, blisko najpopularniejszych atrakcji miasta, co czyni go świetną bazą wypadową do zwiedzania.
  W pobliżu jest wiele lokali oferujących lokalną kuchnię oraz inne usługi.
  Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone – niczego nam nie brakowało. Przestronna kuchnia posiada zarówno zmywarkę, jak i pralkę, a środki czystości są dostępne.
  Klimatyzacja działała prawidłowo, zapewniając ciepło nawet w grudniowe noce.
  W okolicy znajdują się sklepy spożywcze, co jest bardzo wygodne.
  
  What could be improved: Drzwi od strony ulicy Zaragoza otwierają się z trudem, więc trzeba korzystać z drugiego wejścia.
  Brak kluczy do kosza w budynku oznacza konieczność chodzenia daleko z odpadami.
  Życie nocne w okolicy powoduje hałas – w nocy słychać krzyki osób wychodzących z pobliskiego klubu.
  Winda nie działała przez cały pobyt, choć na szczęście mieszkanie znajduje się na pierwszym piętrze, więc nie było problemu z walizkami.
