You know what really surprised me about Wello Apartments Sevilla? Walking up to this place on Calle Tintes, I honestly expected another cramped conversion job – but these guys actually know what they’re doing. The building sits right in the thick of the old town, and I mean *right* in it. You’re basically stumbling distance from the Cathedral (which, let’s be real, is both a blessing and a curse when those tour groups start moving at 9 AM).

The apartments themselves feel like someone actually lives there, if that makes sense. Not that sterile hotel room vibe where everything’s bolted down and covered in plastic. The kitchens are properly equipped – I’m talking real knives that cut things, decent-sized fridges, and those little touches like olive oil and salt already there. The beds are honestly some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in around Andalusia, and trust me, I’ve done the rounds. What I really appreciated was the soundproofing – considering you’re on a narrow street in a neighborhood that definitely knows how to party, you’d expect to hear every conversation and moped, but it’s surprisingly quiet once you close the windows.

Here’s the thing about the location though – it’s absolutely perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in Seville rather than just visiting it. You’ll walk past the same little tapas bar every morning (Bar Eslava is literally around the corner, and their tortilla is ridiculous), the lady at the corner shop will start recognizing you by day three, and you can navigate those maze-like streets to the river or the shopping district without really thinking about it. Parking is… well, it’s the old town, so don’t even think about bringing a car. But honestly, you won’t need one. The Alameda de Hércules is a five-minute walk when you want that hip, local nightlife scene, and you can reach the main tourist spots on foot without breaking a sweat – unless it’s August, in which case everything’s a sweat situation anyway. The staff actually seems to live in Seville (shocking concept, I know) and they’ll point you toward places that aren’t in every guidebook. That 9.3 rating isn’t just because people are being nice – this place genuinely gets the balance right between authentic neighborhood living and having everything you need as a traveler.

  The unit is beautiful, with a court yard with swimming pool. It is convinient located.
  
  What could be improved: It is near a construction site. Though we weren't too bothered by it during our stay, I can imagine the work might be noisey. The check-in process is a bit cumbersome, I am glad we got help from the manager.

  It was a contactless key collection – I found it easy, however had I not been there my parents would not have been able to collect the keys. Pool area was lovely. The apartment was great, super clean, great sized fridge, good facilities, nice annd airy with big windows.
  
  What could be improved: The stools in the kitchen were uncomfortable, but that would not put me off staying again and would recommend this property to others.

  The property was spotless and beautifully decorated , perfect size for three people , any more than that would have been cramped – the pool was just amazing and made the stay for my 11 year old
  The lack of staff on check in takes some getting used to though , it worked perfectly but you can’t beat the human touch
  
  What could be improved: The streets in the area are beautiful winding streets but at night they were very quiet and creepy , I would not like to be on my own wandering at night although nothing bad happened at all , it was just quieter and narrower than I anticipated – location was really close to everything and we walked around everywhere

  We loved the shared pool and courtyard in the shade of the orange/lemon tree.
  
  The free luggage boxes to store our cases was very useful.
  
  The rental was of a very high quality and in a central location. We appreciated the mini private pool too, and hope to come back.
  
  What could be improved: We would prefer to be met by a real person rather than a machine 🙁
  
  The check-in took quite a long time involving scanning passports, entering personal details and credit card info, with extra blocked payment for any damages. We think it would be really good if there was a real person such as Miriam doing this 🙂

  The attentiveness from the hosts, the apartment was even more beautiful than the photos and it was perfectly located. Also the person at the reception was exceptionally helpful and kind, I was sick during my stay and they were very helpful and understanding. I will stay with them next time I am in Sevilla.
