I mean, when you’re walking down Calle de Santa Clara – and honestly, this street feels like stepping back in time with those narrow cobblestones and wrought-iron balconies – you almost miss the entrance because it blends so perfectly with the old-town architecture.

The suites themselves are actually impressive, and I don’t say that lightly after staying in plenty of places that promise “spacious” and deliver a glorified closet. These rooms have that perfect balance of preserving the historic character (think exposed beams and original tile work) while making sure you’ve got proper modern comfort. The air conditioning works brilliantly – crucial during those brutal Seville summers when the city hits 40°C and you’re grateful for any refuge. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being right in the heart of everything. You’re literally a three-minute walk from the Cathedral, but the thick walls of these old buildings mean you’re not dealing with street noise at night.

The location is honestly unbeatable if you want to experience Seville like a local rather than just hitting the tourist spots. There’s this little tapas bar around the corner on Calle Hernando Colón that the hotel staff mentioned – not the kind of place you’d find in guidebooks, but where you’ll actually hear Spanish being spoken at every table. And here’s something practical that matters: parking is tricky in this part of town (like, really tricky), but they’ve sorted out arrangements with a nearby garage, which saves you from circling those impossibly narrow streets with a rental car. The 9.5 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s not just about the beautiful rooms or the perfect location, but those little touches that show someone’s actually thinking about what travelers need rather than just checking boxes.

  The apartment was super clean. It is in a silent street and close to the old town. You should walk 20-30 minutes to the Plaza de Espana, the Alcazar ets. The walking way is full of cafes, bars and shops so you dont understand how the time goes by while walking.
  The air conditioner is very silent and its performans is perfect. There is a tiny balcony and it is gorgeus to drink a morning coffee there. There are also a lot of coffee capsules which are delicious.

  Apartment is spotlessly clean with good facilities.
  In a very nice area , quiet at night but a short walking distance to nice local bars & restaurants .
  Ideally located as you can walk to all places of interest .

  Excellent location – easy access to the Cathedral and centre tourist area (about a mile a way) and very close to several vibrant restaurants and bars serving a significant proportion of locals. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. The owner was very communicative and helpful with any queries.

  Nice flat, especially the bathroom, everything is new and functional. Also the terrace has a beautiful view of the city.
  Walking distance to the centre and lots of nice bars around to grab a drink. At night, it was nice and quiet.

  La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno casco antiguo y con todo accesible andando, lo que hizo que pudiéramos disfrutar al máximo de la ciudad.

  최근에 리모델링 된 것 같았고, 매우 깔끔하고 최신식 아파트입니다. 음식을 해먹을 수 있고 커피와 차 등이 넉넉하여 매우 편했습니다. 또한, 기타 요청사항에 대해서도 매우 잘 수용되어 편안하게 잘 지냈습니다!

  What could be improved: Lo único que no me gustó fue la fuerza del agua caliente. Sale con muy poca fuerza y resulta incómodo.
