You know what struck me first about this place? The name actually makes sense once you step inside – the apartment really is wide and colorful, with these gorgeous high ceilings and vibrant tiles that feel authentically Sevillian without being touristy about it. I mean, when you’re staying right on Calle Manuel Arellano in Triana, you’re basically in the heart of what locals consider the “real” Seville, across the river from all the main tourist crowds but close enough that you can walk to the Cathedral in about fifteen minutes.

The three-bedroom setup works brilliantly if you’re traveling with family or friends – honestly, having that extra space after spending days wandering around the city is such a relief. The bathroom’s well-appointed (though there’s just the one, so you’ll want to coordinate morning routines), and the whole place has this lived-in comfort that’s way better than hotel sterility. What I really loved was stepping out onto the narrow street in the morning and hearing the neighborhood coming alive – the sound of shopkeepers opening up, people heading to work, that authentic Spanish rhythm you just can’t get when you’re staying in the touristy Santa Cruz area. Plus, you’re literally surrounded by some of the best tapas bars in the city, and I’m talking about places where you’ll hear more Spanish than English, which is exactly what you want.

The Triana location is honestly brilliant because you get to experience Seville like you actually live there. You’ll walk past the same corner café every morning (get the tostada con tomate, trust me), and the local market on Calle San Jacinto becomes your go-to for fresh ingredients if you want to use that kitchen. The apartment sits in a typical Andalusian building – so yes, you’ll hear your neighbors sometimes, but it’s part of the charm, and it’s never been disruptively loud when I’ve stayed. Check-in was smooth, and the 8.6 rating makes total sense because while it’s not luxury-hotel polished, it delivers exactly what it promises: a genuine neighborhood experience in one of Seville’s most characterful areas. The walk across the Isabel II Bridge to get to the main sights becomes this lovely ritual, and coming back to Triana in the evenings feels like returning home rather than just crashing at another generic accommodation.

    We stayed here in February this year (2024). See review from then. All equally as good this time. Highly recommend both the apartment, its situation and the communication. So easy to get to every where and yet so quiet. Bars, Carrefour Express, pharmacy, bus etc. Nice to stay in a residential block with local people.

    What could be improved: The trundle bed is still creaky/broken and noisy.

    Couldn't have been in a more perfect location. Views. Local bars. Events venue (where Tomatito just happened to call in whilst we were there but we didn't know until afterwards ). Carrefour next door for last minute necessities. 8 mins walk to Triana market for supplies and restaurants. Walkable everywhere. Easy transfer to Plaza de Armas on aeropuerto bus (€4) and then a short walk over bridge. Lovely light rooms. Great communications and greetings upon arrival. Such a quiet apartment in a residential block. Good WiFi. Really hope to come back.

    La limpieza, el trato, el equipamiento general, las terrazas, la comodidad de las camas, la ubicación, buenas comunicaciones (autobuses) para ir al centro, zonas de tapeo próximas.

    La ubicación en el barrio de Triana.
    Justo al lado hay un carrefour espress y abajo mismo dos bares. Una farmacia al lado.
    Paseando llegas al mercado de triana en 5 minutos.
    El apartamento tiene muchísima luz natural y está perfecto.
    El personal es majísimo, cuando llegamos había una responsable esperándonos para darnos las llaves y enseñarnos un poco todo.
    Fuimos en la feria de Sevilla y la verdad que calidad precio lo mejor que podríamos encontrar.

    What could be improved: No es que no me haya gustado pero el único inconveniente que veo es que el ascensor, es más bien un montacargas…no entraría una silla de ruedas…nosotros fuimos con el carrito de un bebé, un carrito ligero y para subir y bajar teniamos que plegarlo y casi mandar el ascensor sólo.
