You know what caught me off guard about this place? The name makes it sound like some corporate rental listing, but honestly, once you’re standing in that apartment on Calle Caballerizas, you realize you’ve stumbled onto something pretty special. I mean, this is proper old Seville – the kind of narrow cobblestone street where you can practically reach out and touch the building across from you, and you’re literally a three-minute walk from the Cathedral. The terrace they mention? It’s actually the real deal, not some tiny balcony situation. You can sit out there in the evening with a bottle of Cruzcampo and watch the locals heading to dinner (which, let’s be honest, won’t be until 10pm because this is Spain).

The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel setup. Three bedrooms spread across a space that’s genuinely wide by old town standards – and trust me, I’ve squeezed into plenty of shoebox apartments in this neighborhood. The parking situation is worth its weight in gold here because driving in Barrio Santa Cruz is basically a nightmare, and finding a spot? Forget about it. Having dedicated parking when you’re this close to everything that matters in Seville… well, that alone probably justifies the rate. The two bathrooms are clutch too – I stayed here with friends and nobody had to do that awkward morning shuffle waiting for the shower.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, despite being right in the thick of everything. Calle Caballerizas isn’t one of those streets where tourists stumble around at 2am (that’s more the Calle Mateus Gago situation), but you’re still close enough to pop over to La Carbonería for flamenco or grab late-night tapas at El Rinconcillo – which, by the way, has been serving jamón since before Columbus sailed to America. The 8.9 rating makes sense when you factor in that you’re getting apartment-style space and amenities but with actual hotel-level service when you need it. I had an issue with the WiFi one morning and someone was up to fix it within the hour, not the usual vacation rental runaround. It’s that sweet spot where you feel like you’re living in Seville rather than just visiting it, but without any of the hassle of dealing with absent landlords or confusing key pickup situations.

    Location was perfect for eveything: walking, evening hangouts, visits, getting dinner or breakfast. Bonus: parking under the apartment. Best part: large sunroom with heater and AC and also an open terrace.
    3 bedrooms, 3 bath, large living and dining. Washer and big kitchen.

    Very spacious apartment with an extra living room and patio plus washing machine in a great location. Beautiful traditional inner courtyard. Were met by friendly Alex who showed us the place, parking and gave some restaurant recommendations.

    What could be improved: Good overall, very minor issues not worth mentioning.

    As part of the deal with this property we had a free taxi that met us at the airport and dropped us off. We were then met at the apartment, shown around and had all our questions answered. The hosts were also contactable by Whatsapp and anything we needed to know was answered immediately. The apartment was exceptionally spacious, the kitchen well equipped and we chose it because it was in a quiet yet central location. There were several supermarkets near by and numerous bars and bakeries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it. It was a pleasure to be in Seville and to stay in such a comfortable apartment.

    The apartment was lovely and in a great location. It had everything we needed for a week exploring Seville and the surrounding areas. The rooms were large and comfortable and there was lots of seating for the family to sit together in the evenings. It had a lovely terrace and we enjoyed having our morning coffee sat outside, planning the day. The three bathrooms made getting ready for the day very convenient. We would highly recommend this apartment and will certainly book again.

    What could be improved: We loved everything but if we had to add a comment about something that wasn't convenient, i would say the strict waste disposals but we worked it out and it was fine.

    Amazing location, super quiet at night, own parking space (for a small SUV), spotlessly clean, super comfortable beds. Heaps of room for our family of 5, ducted aircon, kitchen with lots of space and adjoining laundry. It felt like a home away from home.

    The apartment is huge, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. (One of the bathrooms is accessible through one of the bedrooms, so one bedroom basically has its own bathroom. I think that this bathroom has been renovated since the photos here were taken.) The living room is spacious, and there is a big terrace with pretty solar lamps. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathrooms have toiletries. There is air conditioning in the entire apartment.

    What could be improved: The drain in the kitchen was clogged already on the day of our arrival. We immediately told the host about the problem, we even sent a video of it, and they promised that the maintenance team would come the next day. They didn't. The host said that they would come the next day then, but that was our last day before leaving, so that would have been no help. Probably a related problem was a pool of water appearing by each morning in the living room, on the other side of the wall with the problematic drain. Also, I received a confirmed phishing attempt from the host, which is something I had never experienced on booking.com. No explanation was provided on how this could possibly happen.
